Zhihua Tian traveled thousands of miles from his native China earlier this year to profit from the treasures of the American education system.
Unfortunately, he landed at South Philadelphia High School, where the number of violent incidents often overshadow student achievements.
Tian, 19, of South Philly, and five other students who are recent immigrants are staying home today because they were among 26 Asian students who were attacked by a gang of other students throughout the day yesterday, said Xu Lin, of the Chinatown Development Corporation, who works with victimized students.

Why couldn’t the article identify the race of these attacking gangs? There are two choices.
Since the race of the attackers is mentioned, I doubt it was white kids.
There are schools that are so horrible that it would be better for the child NEVER to go to school than ever set foot in one. It would be better for them to be completely illiterate and innumerate!

Oh...Maybe the Chinese community should start thinking about opening a PRIVATE tutiton-free school. Surely their are people of Chinese descent who are wealthy enough to start building an endowment fund for this purpose.

Anyway, we shouldn’t be so judgmental. The schools just need more funding.
These “kids” hate people who are smarter than them, and of course, that means everybody.
Chinese nationals are nothing but ChiCom spies flooding America. Even the FBI slammed that Chinese students in US are working for ChiCom. Kick them all out.

Why not deport the animal gang that attacked the students? Are they members of a protected species?

Not that they should be attacked but illegals in schools cause tensions even in non-ghetto schools.
In my opinion, because the article doesn't mention who they were, they've got to be one of two "protected" classes.
The MSM never mentions a criminals affiliation or gang that's left wing. If it were right wing, it would be headline news - in big, black, bold print. Therefore, they're a group from a protected left wing voting block.
