I think there were two separate shootings...

Conflicting stories....sounds like the shooting was in an apartment building “with a lot of security cameras”...which would probably mean it was high crime. One report says the officers suffered minor injuries....another report said 2 people were shot and one died. Very loose perimeter, etc. They are searching everyone leaving the area. (how much traffic could there be at 1am and 36 degrees out?)

I just can’t remember if Central Park, Pierpont, Dewey and First are all in the same area. All East side and could be just across the river from Downtown area...Probably high crime area now.

Two different locations... separated by a few miles. The cop shooting is well to the NNW of central Rochester, west of the river, and the “two shot, one dead” incident is NE of city center, well east of the river (sorry, don’t know river name). According to what I looked up on Google maps.

The Rochester Police Department tells us when the officers were shot when the(y?) opened the door of the apartment.
