On the banks of the Hudson River at West Point, Obama will give his military strategy for Afghanistan, based on the tactical genius of Capt. Spaulding, aka Groucho Marx:
Oh dear, he is coming, At last he's here.
(Spaulding) Hello, I must be going, I cannot stay, I came to say, I must be going. I'm glad I came, but just the same I must be going. La La.
(Mrs. Rittenhouse) For my sake you must stay. If you should go away, You'd spoil this party I am throwing.
(Spaulding) I'll stay a week or two, I'll stay the summer thru, But I am telling you, I must be going.
(All) Before you go, Will you oblige us, And tell us of your deeds so glowing?
(Spaulding) I'll do anything you say, In fact I'll even stay!
(All) Good!
(Spaulding) But I must be going.

Ooh now he just poked Obama over not having to say somethings “because he won the Nobel Peace Prize”....
Obama said the Troops make good photo ops... Living ones help him with one side of Politics and Dead Ones help him with the other.

He DID NOT say God Bless the Troops?
No applause for almost the entire speech. Only applause came near the very end after a half hour of dead silence when Obama mouthed some actual patriotic lines off the teleprompter. (Hey, how’d those get in there) Good on the cadets. The applause following the speech-long silence was a pointed rebuff of everything he’d said up until then. Sharp men and women.
Obama would have been better off if they’d not clapped at all. That way, the Obama flacks could maintain that the silence was academy protocol, a military convention, a show of respect not to interrupt, blah blah. But the cadets stopped em cold.

O’Reilly compared Obama’s speech to a dry academic lecture. That sounds about right.

Don't know but with him in charge he should beseech the Lord to protect the troops at least a thousand times a day and do it while not looking in the direction of Mecca.

Like I said earlier, my brother is active duty USAF and I have a lot of friends that are active duty USN. Knowing this idiot Obama is their CinC is pure hell for me.
BOR was right about ONE thing- the guy who was campaigning is gone.
