.....worked so well in removing Bill Clinton....

Right. He should hire Orly Taitz to be his legal counsel. The voters in 2012 will determine if Obama stays in office. He could never be charged or convicted on impeachment by this Congress.

COB, (meaning “Chief of Boat”, or senior petty officer on board I assume);

Why does retirement as an O4 mean carrer failure?

Perhaps this naval offcier retired medically, or perhaps had previous enlisted service or several other reasons?

As a senior noncommissioned/petty officer, you should know this and perhaps exercise the good judgement the nco corps is known for.

I happen to be a retired O4 as well, 24 years on active duty, multiple commands and combat tours etc, 9 of those years were enlisted, 15 commissioned. I guess I may not be a “team player” as well. My body grew tired from hard service long before I did.

Geesh, Master Chief.

If he spent 20 years or more in the US Navy and ended up as a Lieutenant Commander (especially as an Annapolis graduate), then he's definitely not a team player.

Maybe instead of being a "team player", he's more concerned about the furute of this Country under the Constitution and he's tired of bending over and taking it from the muzzie usurper.

Sad but true. This suit will have the life span of a fruit fly.

He was passed over 3 times for promotion.

The court-martial for failing to properly supervise the spending of his ship's ``morale, welfare and recreation money didn't help his career.

Geesh, Master Chief.

Whoa there skipper.....I didn't say career failure. If you spent 24 years in our canoe club, you know that the Academy grads get prefential treatment at the promotion board level over the rest of the people up for promotion. There were a couple of other categories which received prefential treatment, Navy Nucs, Naval Avaitors, etc.

My point is that if you graduated from the Academy and only made O4 during a normal twenty career you were either really good at pissing people off or a really poor officer.

By the way it was Chief of the Boat (Submarines), but my first 17 years were surface Navy (out of 26 total years). I had a problem myself with being a little too forthright with my opinions, so I had to wait for everyone I'd pissed off to either die or retire before I made Master Chief.

In any event, I thank you for your service. We both answered our country's call and protected our way of life. I hope that the next generations manage to protected it from the Obama administration...but I'm seriously worried about it.

Bullshit - it just means he didn’t have the political connections required in the officer corps to move further up. It’s not the same in the enlisted ranks and it isn’t about what you know or accomplish - it’s all about who you know and your ability to suck up once your past 0-4.

As a prior enlisted man myself. I am currently set to be able to retire as a LT Commander as well. That is if I retire at my 20 year point. I will probably resign next year.

As for the previous posts about whether or not President Obama is committing treason. I think knowingly violating the Constitution is an act of treason. It undermines our ideals, and marginalizes the Constitution. All he has to do is provide proof that he is natural born citizen, then we can just vote him out in 2012. Until then, I want to see our courts and the public demand answers.

Has anyone here noticed that there are an increasing number of debunkers on this site? That is, individuals who attack by ridicule and ad hominem insults to discredit posts. If you have noticed this, you are correct. This is a typical psywar tactic to heckle and disrupt — the cyber equivalent to ACORN and SEIU union thugs showing up to trash meetings. This is right down the line of “agitprop” tactics perfected by the communists and, actually, taught to us years ago in Army psywar courses. Just be aware that the success of Free Republic has, in turn, mobilized those who constantly monitor and disrupt it. When you see replies that do not provide facts with citations or reasoned replies to the topic — but instead engage instantly in attacking and ridiculing character — you are probaly seeing the Saul Alinksy Obamanites at work.

it’s all about who you know and your ability to suck up once your past 0-4.

You make my point. He didn't make it past O-4. You expect an Academy type to retire at O-5 on twenty years. O-4 is below average.

I will concede that there is a lot of "Who you know" in the officer promotion process, but you ring knockers have been known to stick together.

Obama couldn’t pass a background check to be a security guard at a Walmart with his long history of disturbing associations.

Tactics like this worked so well in removing Bill Clinton from office! Based on their previous success I’m glad somebody is repeating them.

Yeah, be sure and get Judicial Watch involved.

He might have been prior enlisted, or medically retired. If you get passed up for promotion to O-5 three times, you will be kicked out for failure to promote, after being an O-4 for about 7 years. You get your first look after you pin on O-4 at 4 years. Then the second and third are during the 5th and 6th year of being an O-4.

Whether or not he was below average officer doesn’t make him less right. He also is displaying a lot more courage than most people would ever think of doing.

He might have been prior enlisted, or medically retired.

In the case of prior enlisted - possible but not very probable. The article stated that he was an Annopolis Grad.

I agree with the possibility of a medical retirement as that can happen at any point.

In any event, I am not denigrating his service or his point of view. A lot of the officers I considered the best of the breed did not advance as quickly as I would have liked. It seemed to me that the "Yes" med fared much better.

I bit and read the more info. Here it is:

“Obama must be prosecuted and severely punished for his Treason to save our Nation. You, and everyone you know must immediately and publicly file criminal complaints naming Obama in commission of Treason in an attempt to keep the Civil War already begun to the lowest level of violence possible.

Obama is a Muslim. The word Muslim is used in this writing to describe an armed invading force with the mission of destroying the United States Constitution, slaughtering you and your children and subjugating survivors. Muslims intend to take over America as part of their War to conquer the world.

Obama leads the Muslim invasion force as a foreign born domestic enemy. Obama’s Muslim invaders are augmented and reinforced from several quarters. All of Obama’s supporting forces are bent on the destruction of America.

Your failure to act at this moment ensures open combat in the streets. You’re gonna get more people killed! It may mean the death of America.

Trust me, it will be one helluva fight.

Pass the word. Your life, the lives of your children and the life of America depend on it!

Obama is my sworn enemy! Make him yours!

There isn’t more for me to say on any topic. It’s about Treason.”

There's one word for that—delusional. I didn't vote for Obama and I'd love to see him lose the next election, but nonsense like that isn't conservatism. As Dogrobber says, it simply makes conservatism look juvenile, stupid, gullible and craven. It's taking our ball home and hiding under the bed from all kinds of imaginary fears simply because we lost one election.

This stuff is a disgrace to rationality, let alone conservatism.

I’ve got plenty of bones to pick with the jug-eared Marxist in the White Hut.

This guy claims that Dear Leader is a Muslim and therefore part of an invading foreign army.

That’s just tin-foil hat nonsense.

We have to fight these jackholes, but we have to be based in reality if we’re going to do it effectively.

My tagline refers to stringing up crooks who hide behind elected office to steal wealth and liberty from us. There’s no doubt that they are doing that, whereas there is plenty of doubt that Zero is a Muslim.

Thank you for posting the actual charges.

I’ve already had to put the reigns on this stupidity at another forum.

If conservatives just knee-jerk support anything that’s anti-0bama, we all end up looking as foolish as the KOSkids and DUmmies.

I think there's also, to put it mildly, lots and lots of doubt that he's a Muslim actually leading an invading foreign army. One can say a lot of negative things about Obama’s political philosophy, but if you actually believe that instituting Sharia law is on his agenda, you've simply agitated yourself into an irrational state. Communism was a reasonable thing to fear precisely because it had real, deep roots in the Western culture where it originated.

That wasn't in the original article. I do believe he's a Muslim, but there's absolutely no way to prove that definitively in court.
