Why tea party patriots should support Sarah Palin should she decide to run

She's a God, Country, Family, small government, no nonsense traditional Christian conservative. She's an outsider not corrupted by business as usual Washington politics. They hate her. She's pro defense. An army mom. She's pro-gun. Hunts, fishes and enjoys the great outdoors. She eats corrupt office holders and wasteful spenders for lunch. She drills for oil. She's a fighter. A winner!
She's the exact opposite to Obama in all respects. She's an American patriot!
In short, she's exactly what we the grassroots tea party patriots are looking for.

I have heard her complain about the second stimulus package. I dont think she want to make too much noise about the first bailout package since her running mate was involved, and it would be spun a hypocritical. Sarah refused to accept money from the second stimulus when she was Governor, so her fiscal conservative credential are not in question, in my mind. Sorry, I won't support any candidate who straddles on this issue. This one is non negotiable. Anyone who supports that position supports putting a stake in the heart of free market capitalism in this country.

Jim, you said it all. I saw her in person in Wilkes Barre in 2008. My heart opened up for this woman. If she makes it to the campaign trail in 2012, my wallet will open up. The woman is nothing short of awesome.

She as opposed the suggested third stimulus package, what more can you ask for. She can’t turn back time and erase the first stimulus package.

All she has to do is ask and she’s got my vote. It’s really up to her.

Pow! Wham! The Republicans unleashed a doozy one of the most stunning surprises that I have ever witnessed in my adult life. By lunchtime, Obamas triumph of the night before had been wiped right off the national radar screen. In a bold move I would never have thought him capable of, McCain introduced Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska as his pick for vice president. I had heard vaguely about Palin but had never heard her speak. I nearly fell out of my chair. It was like watching a boxing match or a quarter of hard-hitting football or one of the great light-saber duels in Star Wars. (Here are the two Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn, going at it with Darth Maul in The Phantom Menace.) This woman turned out to be a tough, scrappy fighter with a mischievous sense of humor. - Camile Paglia Since then, they've tried to destroy her and they've done a lot of damage. But, what we have here is a warrior queen who is also a natural at politics. People love her and fight for her; they will donate big bucks for her! and that will be a crucial part in winning against Obama and the Progressives. They are not going down without an unprecedented huge fight. I see no one else with the charisma, the chutzpah, the stamina to take 'em on. She's got my money and support NOW.

She as opposed the suggested third stimulus package, what more can you ask for. She cant turn back time and erase the first stimulus package. I can ask her to tell the truth, if it IS the truth. I can ask her to admit that she supported the bankster bailout out of respect as McCain's VP candidate, but that she knew it was wrong at the time. Until I hear something I have to wonder... did she think it was wrong or not? And if the answer is "not", then she's not somebody I'd ever support.

That sounds fair enough, but there is one problem. What you are asking is that she merely pay you lip service over a past event. What she say about the past bailout is highly meaningless, what she says about the future is all important. I suggest that you do not put so much stock in lip service and examine her past fiscal track record in the State of Alaska. Also pay attention to her vision of the future and compare it to her Alaskan track record.

On Rush’s program Sarah called global warming ‘snake-oil science and disavowed the 100% man-made theory of Al Gore and McCain. She went on and talked about cyclical changes.

I’ve been a rock solid supporter of Sarah since the night McCain introduced her as his VP choice!
I bought her book, I support her through sarahpac, and will vote for her if she decides to run for president.
If she doesn’t run, I will support the causes she chooses to support.

She had to support TARP 1 because of McCain, and she can’t recant because that would embarrass McCain; but she did confess in the Barbara Walters’ interview that it was a mistake and she would not support any more bailouts.

I don't think so... not without some explanation.
Somebody who doesn't understand that capitalism, in order to work, requires failure, has no business as my President. Maybe she does understand. If so, she should explain her past position.
