Breitbart to AG Holder: Investigate ACORN or We’ll Release More Tapes Just Before 2010 Election

Earlier tonight Andrew Breitbart, James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles discussed the final chapter of the ACORN L.A. saga [1] on “Hannity,” but more interestingly, Breitbart disclosed where the story goes from here. Transcript (below) starts from 3:50 into the clip:
Breitbart: There’s a lot of hypocrisy and the dust has settled for ACORN and at the end of the day they’ve recognized that Eric Holder, the Attorney General, has not initiated an investigation into ACORN after we now have seven tapes. There were five initially that came out, ACORN was defunded by the Senate, was defunded by the House, lost it’s link to the Census; while all that damage occurred, Congress didn’t come in to investigate them, obviously not the Attorney General’s office, and they’ve now realized let’s get back into business because they realized that the dust settled and they were not being investigated, it was Hannah, James, and me who were being investigated, that’s why we’ve been forced to offer this latest tape.
Hannity: Are you saying, Andrew, that there are more tapes?
Breitbart: Oh my goodness there are!

If Breitbart is anywhere near as smart as he clearly seems to be this will already have been taken care of.
In fact, and this is speculation, but I think he is smart enough not to play this game unless he has at least one trump card.
Without that he is just blowing smoke. With that he can take down an administration and a criminal enterprise, both at the same time.
Breitbart dropped something else last night. He said it wasn’t just ACORN. He didn’t elaborate, but one could infer that there are other government funded and/or Democrat backing “non-profits” that have been busted.
So far, it would appear that they are playing this right. They allowed a period of time to elapse since the first flurry of releases to see what, if anything, would be done. The answer they got was - nothing.
So here is the next salvo.
I worry, as well, about Holder initiating some sham of an investigation as an excuse to seize whatever video Breitbart has.
What’s so golden is that, if Holder zeroes in on ACORN and seizes the video related to ACORN, Breitbart will start releasing the video he has relating to non-ACORN scams. Breitbart seems to have CYA pretty well.
I’m sure he thought of all that, I was just trying to brainstorm how Holder would try to play this.

That would be a violation of 1st amendment rights. It’s one thing to sue to stop dissemination of “speech” you know exists, but to stop a category of speech that you *think* exists? don’t think it would fly.
On the other hand, I COULD see the tapes being obtained under subpoena by a government entity, under the guise of investigation, but in reality to sit on them.
Just my 2c worth, not a lawyer nor do I play one on teevee.
I like the drip, drip approach........
Expect Holder to investigate Breibart....

They are what they are. They aren’t “penny-loafer country club”, but they most definitely are NOT “urban skaters”. To portray them as such would be seen through as phony, IMHO.
Holder doesn't discuss things with Obama. He does his own thing. He may discuss some things with his wife and brother but never Obama. At least that is what he wants us to believe about the Gitmo terrorists trials.
These are tough groups that think nothing of thuggery or worse. Give them time until the election swings into gear, and by then they can have entered his home or office or other safe places, and dug around and find them. Or burn his home down. Accidentally happening in some way. Or car wreck. Nothing is beyond the groups noted.
I'd bet there are copies of those tapes sprinkled throughout the land right now in very safe places. This isn't about Breitbart, it's about Justice for All and the American people are having it stolen from them when criminal groups like ACORN are allowed to get away with the crimes they have committed. Holder should have his behind handed to him on a plate and fired for not ordering a thorough investigation of this group!
God protect Breitbart and his family and loved ones, bless America, and bring to light the evil plans being brought against America. Help us in our day, in Jesus name, amen.

This is NOT Holder’s call. NOTHING holder does is his own call. He is a compliant and willing accomplice to a criminal enterprise. Should he get antsy like reno tried to do, he would most likely be the one to end up in a body bag after committing obamacide...
Blackmail??? Isn’t that a threat that is not publiclly known? So just what about forcing the enemy’s hand do you have a problem with?
holder couldn’t tie his own shoes if he was ambidextrous and the laces were velcroed on.
“Good!!!!! Flood the airways with them. Every time Holder sticks his head up, show another tape. Petition the government to make a move on ACORN and do it now.”

If Breitbart is smart and it appears that he is, he has copies hanging out there ready to go viral on the net from numerous sources.
