Everyone in Britain could be given a personal 'carbon allowance'
The Telegraph ^ | November 9, 2009

Everyone in Britain should have an annual carbon ration and be penalised if they use too much fuel, the head of the Environment Agency will say.

Lord Smith of Finsbury believes that implementing individual carbon allowances for every person will be the most effective way of meeting the targets for cutting greenhouse gas emissions.

It would involve people being issued with a unique number which they would hand over when purchasing products that contribute to their carbon footprint, such as fuel, airline tickets and electricity.

See the woman inserting her 'carbon credit' card into the machine? This could be a precursor to the much feared and dreaded Mark of the Beast, 666.

Revelation 13: 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

You know, when the British people were faced with the choice of keeping their government, or capitulating to the Nazis, I am increasingly convinced they made the wrong choice.

and you don't think the same thing is planned for us? Do you forget the ring leader of carbon cap is algora?

If it isn't already buried in the cap & trade bill, it will be hidden in the middle of some other bill having nothing to do with it - it;s how they do things these days.

It has nothing to do with saving anything. It has to do with leeching more money out of working stiffs and ‘redistribute’ it...

and

it has to do with keeping total track of your every move, hour by hour...(after all, this can only work if cash is eliminated, so every transaction will be recorded as to time, place, how much.

And you can bet there will be no allowances for individual circumstances - like in rural Maine, where there is no public transportation outside of the few bigger cities. Most people have to drive some distance to work and groceries, etc.

It also has to do with curtailing individual travel. If you can get back and forth to work - the better to pay your taxes, my dear - then that's all you need.

I guess whatever it takes the Sheeple in this country.

good grief, this is the cap and trade carbon tax scheme - ready to shove down our throats too.

Do you seriously not realize that will be part of it?

And who's to say it will stop with fuel rationing?

I remember the rationing books my grandparents had in WW11. there were stamps for gas, stamps for sugar and other such commodities.

Now sugar and flour and coffee and stuff take energy to make - get it?????

Better batten down the hatches, folks - if you don't stop this monstrous take over of our lives now - you won't see freedom again in your lifetime - it took the Russians 80 years to get free - and they still have the specter hanging over their heads ready to swoop down again.

Malachi Martin was telling us this since the mid-70’s and he got slimed as a nut by the lefties. It’s a New Order and there’s nowhere to hide. It’s everywhere. The Foundations are winning but they haven’t won the war.

(Sorry but I sent this post to your private mail in error - it’s late) :)

The Brits tax your television.A color television licence isis around $192 and a black and white TV licence costs around $64. Those who proclaim not to own a TV set and jail time for those that own TV sets and don’t pay the tax.

Or at bare minimum, it was six of one, half a dozen of the other.

I had the exact same thought yesterday when I saw this on Drudge. ("This right out of Revelation 13")
