WTF is Holder trying to kid with his claim that he will ask for the death penalty. He knows darn well that New York does not have the death penalty

Have we forgotten that KSM initially laughed in the face of his captors and said “I’ll see you in court?” It was KSM who was surprised when, under Bush, he wasn’t treated like a criminal but a prisoner of war instead with all that this implies.
