Remember the case of the Census worker who was found hanging from a tree with the word fed' scrawled across his chest? You remember - he died at the hands of right-wing commentators and anti-government tea partiers. He was killed because of an overwhelming case of right-wing paranoia. He was murdered by Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Bachmann, and Fox News.
Keep this quiet though...
While the death of Bill Sparkman was a media sensation for pushing anti-conservative sentiments just a couple of months ago, it is receiving little to no coverage currently. Why? Because, as investigators have recently speculated, there is a possibility that he died by his own hands.
Well, that just doesn't make for interesting news at the so-called legitimate news organizations.
As the AP states,
"The strange case attracted national attention when it first came to light, prompting worries that it may be a sign of increased anger toward the federal government in the first year of Barack Obama's presidency."
Prompting worries from whom? The unhinged left wishing to create sensational accusations? Check. The list follows:
* The Democratic Underground quickly posted a Handy Guide to how Republicans and Fox News are responsible for Census worker being hanged'.
* Rachel Maddow suggested Sparkman was killed simply because he was a federal employee'.
* Liberal bloggers were quick to accuse right wing zealots' trying to take their country back.
* Time chalked it up to government distrust, a sentiment fanned by talk media, tea parties and white-hot town-hall meetings'.
* The Huffington Post immediately assumed this was a case of right-wing paranoia.
* True/Slant opined that the body of Sparkman should be shipped to Glenn Beck.
* Think Progress pointed the finger at Michelle Bachman and her inflammatory and fear-mongering rhetoric against the Census'.

Whistling in the graveyard?
probably took a little David Carradine break
A lot of insinuations and it’s been a while; has anything been confirmed? Autopsy?
This has been speculated from the very beginning.
The fact that this man *may* have committed suicide is **NOT** newsworthy, after the barrage of ‘blame the right’ venom that came out of these ‘tools’ in the LSM?? Oh, wait, that’s right, they’re not news any more....
Perhaps he was killed by left-wingers who hoped to blame it on right-wingers.
Hey, nothing surprises me anymore.
We can all play “conspiracy theorist.”
even if it’s proven beyond a shadow of a doubt he committed suicide, the left will insist it’s a right-wing coverup of the Nth degree in order to protect a VRWC murderer..bet on it..
This is what brings distrust to the media - jumping to conclusions before all the facts are in ... same thing like with those two Northwest pilots who were accused of being asleep (saw a Fox News guy portraying himself as a pilot and saying they were obviously asleep - idiot) when come to find out they weren’t ...
Maybe as he was hanging himself he was scrawling “fed up” AKA “fed up with life” on his own chest and just didn’t have enough time to write anything but the first word....
I hope you are not waiting for an apology.
Give them enough rope......
I wondered about this when the story disappeared from the air.
The left is a dedicated enemy of the republic. They will say and do anything they can get away with to demonize the right and try to push us into reacting violently.
Even then, they’ll say he committed suicide because of the right wingers, tea “baggers,” Rush, Glenn, et al. No matter what, it’s our fault.
Just like the latest SRM/lib spin that the jihadist was driven to the (justified?) murders by evil anti-muslim (certainly conservative) bigots who tore off a bumper sticker and keyed his car. See, it is ALWAYS our fault!
marked to read later
It would be very unusual indeed for somebody to write something across his own chest before committing suicide. Who would he have been trying to fool, an insurance company?
This will get you up to speed on Dick Cheney, they haven’t let up on him one bit
