Absentee Ballot Surge Raises Red Flags in New Jersey (video)
Fox News ^ | Nov. 3, 2009

John Fund: The state has received a flood of 180,000 absentee ballot requests.

On some 3,000 forms the signature doesn't match the one on file with county clerks.

Yet citing concerns that voters would be disenfranchised, Democratic Party lawyer Paul Josephson wrote New Jersey's secretary of state asking her "to instruct County Clerks not to deny applications on the basis of signature comparison alone."

Mr. Josephson maintained that county clerks "may be overworked and are likely not trained in handwriting analysis" and insisted that voters with suspect applications should be allowed to cast provisional ballots.

Those ballots, of course, would then provide a pool of votes that would be subject to litigation in any recount, with the occupant of New Jersey's highest office determined by Florida 2000-style scrutiny of ballot applications.

I’m very nervous. I have been praying for Christie to win all day.

This is just a preview of the real voter fraud that will occur in 2010.

Put me on this "ping" list as I live in this F-d up state. If this turns to the dark side...again, take me off the ping list as I will be putting my house up for sale. Hopefully, a liberal from a red state will be looking for a nice home in a POS state!! This is absolutely PATHETIC!

I think the dems get together and discuss various tactics of this nature, so it is probably one of ACORN’s main tactics. What is needed is stiff prosecution and long prison sentences for violators. This is very difficult, however, when you have judges that are as crooked as those being tried.

New Jersey election officials need to scrutinize every absent ballot signature. Lets hope the Republicans DO NOT knuckle under.

The fix is in. Everyone knows that and the RATS have this corruption down to a science. That's OK. They will be cleaned out during the Civil War II. It is on it's way.

The amount of voter fraud allowed supposedly to prevent voters from being disenfranchised is incalculable. That's what they always scream: any strict form of verification of voter identify will disenfranchise voters, and they always seem to get away with it.

The penalties for this are low.

Make them high, and watch the roaches run!

BAD IDEA. High penalties just mean they'll put more effort into hiding.

Focus on punishment and you'll just get denials, some trials, maybe some guilty verdicts, and then more denials.

What I would do is give blanket amnesty to anyone willing to publicly testify in front of the senate to participating in voter fraud.

Nine out of ten would admit to helping Democrats. That would make amnesty worth it.

Public hearings where everything that needs to be said can be said freely without punishment would destroy the Democrats.

Will it start around the poll scrutineers? Will it begin at the offices of a Dem Secty State?

These a$$ hats do not know what is about to be unleashed if this fraud continues.

Has Christie addressed the absentee fraud publicly today?

That’s a winner!

They are money oriented, so maybe a reward for testimony would apply.

Thanks

Why should they? There are no consequences. They get to steal the country, destroy the democratic process and laugh at us all the while.

There’s only one thing that will ever stop them. And we’re unwilling to do it.

....Limbaugh said today that we’ll never win in a close election in a state where there’s a Dem Secty of State.

Of course, it's part of their fraud strategy. Why do you think they have a Secretary of State Project?

I just saw another post that Virginia is cleaning “house”(Dems) even in very liberal districts? It sounds like Virginia is having a spectacular day. If NY-23 and NJ add to this, you’ll see the rats grabbing for anything that floats... oh I pray!!
