Who Is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate Issue?
Canada Free Press ^ | August 25, 2009 | By Joan Swirsky

Posted on 10/30/2009 6:07:00 AM PDT by MelSmith

In an explosive interview by Dr. Laurie Roth on her syndicated West Coast radio show on August 7th, Douglas Hagmann—a respected journalist, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network and longtime private investigator, and Judi McLeod, a prolific journalist and the managing editor of Canada Free Press—the reason for the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations but also from Federal Communication Commission officials!

Ping. Too many people taking this decision the wrong way. Sure it's a setback of sorts. But there's good news, too. The legal team hit a long ball, just foul. Judge Carter slapped them around a bit, deservedly so, and gave them very good advice.

Punch in that link in post# 100, if you haven't already done so, and get up to speed on where this is really going.

Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour

Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour is a Muslim lawyer and a black nationalist who made news in 2008 when it was revealed that he had been a patron of Barack Obama and had recommended the latter for admission to Harvard Law School in 1988.

Before becoming a Muslim, al-Mansour in the 1960s was named Don Warden. He was deeply involved in San Francisco Bay Area racial politics as founder of a group called the African American Association. A close personal adviser to Huey Newton and Bobby Seale, al-Mansour helped the pair establish the Black Panther Party but later broke with them when they entered coalitions with white radical groups.

In the mid-1970s al-Mansour met Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Tatal, who today is best known for having offered a $10 million donation toward 9/11 relief efforts in 2001 — an offer that was rejected by New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani when the prince suggested that the terrorist attacks were an indication that America “should re-examine its policies in the Middle East and adopt a more balanced stand toward the Palestinian cause.” Al-Mansour’s relationship with the prince eventually led to al-Mansour’s hiring as attorney to King Saud. He has since been an adviser to Saudi billionaires who fund the spread of Wahhabi extremism in America.

Al-Mansour is an outspoken hater of the United States, Israel, and white people generally. In recent years he has accused the U.S. of plotting a “genocide” designed “to remove 15 million black people, considered disposable, of no relevance, value or benefit to the American society.” He has told fellow blacks that “whatever you do to [white people], they deserve it, God wants you to do it and that’s when you cut out the nose, cut out the ears, take flesh out of their body, don’t worry because God wants you to do it.” Alleging further that Palestinians in Israel “are being brutalized like savages,” he accuses the Jews of “stealing the land the same way the Christians stole the land from the Indians in America.”

04 Sep 2008 Another Obama Radical Connection

2008 Election, Barack Obama, Black Panthers, Donald Ward, Islam, Khalid Al Mansour, Racial Politics

Donald Warden aka “Khalid Al Mansour”

Kenneth R. Timmerman describes the latest skeleton to fall out of Barak Obama’s personal closet.

When Obama was applying to Harvard, Manhattan Borough President Percy Sutton was asked to write a letter of recommendation for him by Donald Warden aka Khalid Al Mansour, a radical Black Nationalist, once mentor to Huey Newton, founder of the Black Panthers, later an Islamicist extremist and antisemite.

YouTube has numerous videos of this gentleman’s rants.

New evidence has emerged that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was closely associated as early as age 25 to a key adviser to a Saudi billionaire who had mentored the founding members of the Black Panthers.

In a videotaped interview this year on New York’s all news cable channel NY1, a prominent African-American businessman and political figure made the curious disclosures about Obama.

Percy Sutton, the former borough president of Manhattan, off-handedly revealed the unusual circumstances about his first encounter with the young Obama.

“I was introduced to (Obama) by a friend who was raising money for him,” Sutton told NY1 city hall reporter Dominic Carter.

“The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas,” Sutton said. “He is the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama.”

Sutton, the founder of Inner City Broadcasting, said al-Mansour contacted him to ask a favor: Would Sutton write a letter in support of Obama’s application to Harvard Law School?

“He wrote to me about him,” Sutton recalled. “And his introduction was there is a young man that has applied to Harvard. I know that you have a few friends up there because you used to go up there to speak. Would you please write a letter in support of him?”

Sutton said he acted on his friend al-Mansour’s advice.

“I wrote a letter of support of him to my friends at Harvard, saying to them I thought there was a genius that was going to be available and I certainly hoped they would treat him kindly,” Sutton told NY1.

Yep...and that’s probably why I cannot bring myself to ‘debate’ the idiot, shallow, useless, dimwitted, islamofascist-enabling obama apologists who continue to appear on this forum and ask utterly ridiculous questions and make pathetic excuses for the greatest American tragedy of all time.

Today there was a caller on Rush Limbaugh, who started talking about Jeremiah Write and the usurper. After the first sentence Rush cut him off the air. Rush said I don’t know who you are talking about. You called Mr. Snerdley and said you would talk about Health Care (?), but you were lying and thereby cut of the air, hmmmm!!!

The future is with NY 23 district, and backbone.

Where is yours?LOL.

FOX NEWS SHOULD DO A DOCUMENTARY ON THE OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUE....... AFTER ALL HE HAS SPENT 2 MILLION DOLLARS ON IT. WE SHOULD REPAY HIM IN KIND.Wouldn't want him to think he is the only one putting money into that pot.

Rumor is that Fox is doing just that. Which is really what the media war between Fox and the WH is all about.

I get the feeling all these judges that are rejecting the lawsuits are saying that the time for the judciary was before the election, now that the election is over it's up to the legislative branch through impeachment.

Before the election they were saying that "case" was not "ripe". The only time it might have been "ripe" but not "too late" was between the counting of the electoral votes and inauguration day. Now that is only 12 days. So much for the Jury Box. Next step....

Your premise is incorrect: I don't believe a judge could remove Obama from office. All they could do is identify the truth of the matter, with respect to the birth documentation. At that time, it would probably be up to the legislature to remove him through impeachment.

No, they cant' do that because no suit can be brought that does not seek some action by the court, that the court has the power and jurisdiction to command. They don't issue "advisory opinions.

You have to come up with something they can do, like assess monetary damages. That might get the truth out, but then again standing is a very clear, but very flexible, concept.

I wish we could get one ONE state to pass a law in advance of the 2012 election requiring original documentation of all candidates. My guess is we’ll get to the truth.

Courts would probably rule that state interference in a federal election. No matter that the election is actually for electors and the power to select those is given to the states in the Constitution
