Leave it to Newspeak to spin a Huge Book Sale into a Palin bash. Amazon is offering substantial discounts on its Top 100 Bestsellers. Sarah's book is one of MANY yet to be released books that are on sale at $9.00. Others include: Stephen King's latest (release date 11-10-09) @ a 74% discount, John Grisham's new book (release date 11-03-09) @ a 63% discount, James Patterson's latest (release: 11-16-09) @ a 68% discount, and on, and on. Again, all above at $9.00. Link to Amazon's Best Seller Page showing all discounts: http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/books/ref=sv_b_3

There are book costs wars going on right now with all the book sellers and Wal-Mart. Of course Newsweek can't figure that out.

Wish I could post Al Franken’s book we saw on the end-cap at the Dollar store. I have the pictures securely saved in my cell phone.
That, my dear, is what Clearance looks like.

Long, long ago, magazines like Newsweek actually reported news. Now they just spend their time bashing Republicans and giving Lewinskis to Democrats.

Good...lots more people will buy it at $9.00 than $28.99 and the ideas within will be spread a LOT farther. In fact, they may all realize how they were LIED TO by you in the news industry in last years election.
I'd be nervous if I were you, jealous lefty news spewer...

There’s no end to the MSM’s devious attempts to mislead and undermine—of course they know full well how they are misrepresenting the situation. (And Obama says Fox is a slanted news outfit?)

I’d love to have $1.00 dollar for every one of those books that will be sold. With all the credit card orders, there’s a whole lot of bank approvals or ‘clearance’ going on right now.
The leftist media is drooling again...

I think even enemies of Palin must understand there is a price war going on between Amazon, WalMart and others. The dealers cost on her book is around $15, so some are indeed selling it as a loss leader which is strange since they could make a profit because of high demand....? Unless she contracted otherwise she will still get paid her full royalty from her publisher regardless of what the dealer sells them for.

I remember MSM spin, when Dixie Chicks has been busy canceling concerts. The spin was - people are afraid of what Bush Administration would do to them and prefer to buy CDs instead of coming to the show.
Then it was discovered that they do not buy CDs, too. Bush's fault, too, no doubt.

I ordered “Rogue” and about five other books at the same time from Amazon, so, I guess it got me in the door.
