The chief parasites are politicians who, with rare exception, have never and could never produce anything of value, but think they ought to have the power to regulate everything the producers create and provide.

Lots of nuggets.................

“What do we mean by the American Revolution? Do we mean the American war? The Revolution was effected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments, of their duties and obligations…This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people was the real American Revolution.” — John Adams

I regard war as an evil thing. No good has ever come from any war.

Tell that to the people who survived Concentration Camps. Tell that to the families of children being held in Saddam's prisons as leverage against the parents.

State level separation is the key, IMHBDAO.

States make it impossible for the parasites to live comfortably, and make it impossible for busybodies to impose their “superior vision” on others,

and there will be a mass exodus of both parasites and elitists,

as well as a mass influx of productive people and businesses.

By “state-level separation”, you mean secession, right?

There will no doubt be violence in the future, but it will not be a revolution. It will be what is properly called, "civil unrest," consisting of riots and purposeless attacks on groups of individuals and businesses, and it will be totally counter-productive, because it will give the government an excuse to enact and impose more draconian laws—perhaps even marshal law.

This guy's an idiot. If he doesn't know what "martial law" is, how can we take him seriously?

It is very simple.

I am reminded of a story I once heard, and which may be apocryphal.

If so, well then-- it is fake, but accurate :)

A visitor to the studio of the sculptor Auguste Rodin asked, "Is it difficult to sculpt?"

Rodin replied, "No, It is very simple. You use hammer and chisel, and cut away what you do not want."

Simple? Yes. Easy? No.

I await the next installment...

No reason to declare “secession” - just state sovereignty.
Declare unconstitutional laws to be null and void within the state, including any redistribution or social programs.

Enforce the non-enforcement of these laws,
and defend your state when the feds attempt to impose their will on it.

De facto “secession”, but formally, just enforcement of the 10th amendment and the Constitution as written.

The difference between such an action and the “civil war” would be a refusal to attack the feds unless as a defensive action.

State level separation is the key

That is the one reason I supported Fred Thompson. We need 50 different ideas competing on the state level instead of one idea in DC.

So, the big question is how do we get power back to the state level?

Your state legislature has to have the guts to declare their state sovereign.

There are a few that are nipping at the edges on this.

“Tell that to the people who survived Concentration Camps. Tell that to the families of children being held in Saddam’s prisons as leverage against the parents.”

Why do people take things out of context. You don’t think those people would have been better off if their countries were not ruled by men who started wars? Wouldn’t it have been better if they were ruled, if they had to be ruled, by men who did not start wars and never put them in concentration camps and prisons in the first place.

The article clearly states, “That does not mean that things might not have been worse if the war was not fought, only that things would definitely have been better if there had been no war.”

So you tell those people it was better they got put in concentration camps and prisons so a war could be fought to free them, then it would have been if they had been left alone and no war was necessary.

Hank
