When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for a political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer personally attacks opposing parties and disrespects the integrity of the judiciary, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer recklessly accuses a judge of violating the Judicial Code of Conduct with no supporting evidence beyond her dissatisfaction with the judge’s rulings, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law, that lawyer ceases to advance her cause or the ends of justice.

Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsel’s conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsel’s response to the Court’s show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk’s Office, within thirty days of today’s Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

OK, great. So let's say Obama files the paperwork and swears he is eligible.

This only requires the commission or elections board to deny filing if they determine he is not eligible. Has the commission or election board determined that? Does it say a birth certificate is required to comply?

For instance, Sarah Palin claims to have been born in Idaho, but I haven't seen any proof of it. No birth certificate. No doctor's name. No public witnesses. And significantly, the city she claims to have been born in was only 50 miles from the Canadian border. Calgary, a MUCH larger city, is closer to Sandpoint than even the state capital of Boise. How do we know that Sarah Palin is a natural born citizen, and wasn't born during a weekend trip to Calgary?

However for instances, we know that Obama had a Kenyan father who transmitted his foreign citizenship to him. We know he went to an Indonesian school where the school document says he is an Indonesian citizen after he was probably adopted by Soetoro.

We know from the words of the Kenyan parliament minutes that they think Obama is "native to the soil" and "son of the land" of Kenya of many other Obama comments that were made by them of Obama being from Kenya, which were transcribed on the 5th of November 2008. We don't know of the whereabouts of Stanley Ann Dunham for 6 months in early 1961 while she was pregnant with Obama. Was she in Kenya? We know a Kenyan birth certificate was submitted to a Federal Court as genuine that has not been disproved to be such.

We know that a Detroit radio station on the 5th November 2008 called the Kenyan Embassy who all but admitted to Obama being from Kenya.

We know Obama's paternal grandmother said that Obama was born in Kenya who then was correct or she corrected herself right after she made the comment. Do we believe her that she was telling the truth in former or latter?

And you guys still think Obama is a Natural Born Citizen. LoL!

So what evidence do you have that Palin was born in Canada? Hmmmmmmm?

They were also proven wrong on the authority, practices, and regulations of the secretaries of state to see the brith certificate. Notice how quickly Star Travekler gave that up. I’m still waiting for non-seq to respond to the beating he took this weekend.

Doing a quick internet lookup shows Obama was born in Honolulu.

Doing an even quicker look that Obama was born in Honolulu has come under serious question.

We don’t cry here either.The next morning people are out with chainsaws, everyone helping each other. Whining doesn’t help. If the power is out, we all empty our freezers and start cooking. Look, I haven't argued with you and like your posts. However, Barry O. submitted something that doesn't look like my BC, my brother's, my youngest sister, my mother, or two friends who are almost 100 years old.(seeing the BC’s of someone who will be 100 is pretty cool)

There is speculation that he was adopted at the age of 7. If so, his BC or COLB should have a notation saying amended, as does mine and my brother and sister.

I was adopted at the age of 7 and have looked at my BC many times. I considered changing my name back to my birth name but since he BC would not be altered it doesn't hold value to me.

I remember going to college and having to provide a BC along with school records.

Years later I wanted to travel to Europe and needed a passport. I didn't feel like going through storage and looking for it so wrote to the state and received a copy
which I took to the passport office in San Francisco.

6 weeks later I had a passport and my BC back.

Barry's is incomplete and there is no reason, given the gravity of situation to have released a COLB.

Based on my experience why wouldn't I question Barry and his forthrightness.

I had seen the birther threads before and didn't really give them much thought. Didn't really care about travels, his politics, just didn't care about him.

But, when I saw that COLB, on a thread here, I instantly said “Wait a minute” “That is not a Birth Certificate and looks nothing like mine”.

All it took to engage me was seeing that incomplete document and I was in.

Trust me, when I tell I know some of the very prominent Democrats in California and have met some from out state. Most of my friends are Democrats. To be expected, as I live in the Bay Area.

I have always enjoyed a good discussion about politics and never shy from a discussion.

But this incomplete record, when I already know there are 3 BC’s two of which should be in his possession is beyond odd.

There are no provisions in Hawaiian law that allow someone to get a birth certificate saying they were born in Honolulu when they weren’t.

So what determines which is right?

If we go back to the original intent of the Founders, it would clearly be the responsibility of the presidential electors to satisfy themselves that the candidate was, in fact, eligible to be elected President. Presumably 365 electors were, in fact, so satisfied as of 15 December 2008.

If anyone’s interested in reading this more than 40 page decision, there is discussion on pp25-28 that this judge believes that the proper forum for outing a POTUS who fraudulently concealed his qualifications to be POTUS is in impeachent proceedings.

Well, he's probably wrong. If someone is not eligible to the office, then they are not President. The Constitution says "The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office upon impeachment for and conviction of Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and misdemeanors". Nothing about ineligible usurpers.

That said, once a court determined that someone was ineligible, it may not be a Court that removes them. Might be, or it might be a "pitchforks and torches" delegation of the people.

There is more than ample evidence it is bogus. And no one other than Obama and Factcheck has claimed it’s legit.
