Why We Are Going to Hell – Part 3,995

Conservative Protestants Condone Law-Breaking

Has the Christian Church Gone Crazy???

by

Paul L. Williams, Ph.D.

thelastcrusade.org

Evangelical Christians this week offered the Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and members of the U.S. Senate Immigration Reform Committee their ringing endorsement of full amnesty for the 20 to 30 million illegal aliens within the country.

Open borders and high immigration, the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) proclaimed, increases membership in evangelical churches and is good for the economy.

Rev. Leith Anderson, president of the NAE, said there was no dissent among the members of his organization in ratifying a pro-amnesty resolution.

He testified that the Gospel requires that Christians be willing to forgive illegal aliens for breaking existing immigration laws and statutes.

Rev. Anderson added: “We believe that undocumented immigrants who have otherwise been law abiding members of our communities should be offered the opportunity to pay any taxes or penalties owed, and over time earn the right to become U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The process of redemption and restitution is core to Christian beliefs, as we were all once lost and redeemed through love of Jesus Christ.”

The NAE describes itself as “. . . a network of 40 denominations comprising more than 45,000 local churches located in every congressional district and every state.”

The Catholics and the Happy Clappys both want more “nalgas” in the pews, hence the support for amnesty.

Should I translate “nalgas”?

You are of course correct......and the politicians are salivating over the thought of 30 million new voters.

Greedy pastors, priests and bishops looking for money. They will destroy their own churches in the long run. They will end up like newspapers if they keep this up.

I don’t need a middleman when dealing with God, especially when the middleman is some greedy preacher/pastor/priest pushing illegal immigration and liberalism.

I also don’t need a rock concert or dopey Christian rock music. The old stuff written by Bach, Handel and Mozart does the job better.

Let those church members collect money every Sunday and let them pay for the cost of such an action.

A person I went to high school with was raised Luthern and turn to the Pentacostal church.

She has come up with such wacky ideas over the years that I ceased talking to her about anything. She has been completely brainwashed.

NAE does not speak for my church nor is my denomination listed (thankfully). The latter days are here, as people will chase (are chasing) ‘false teachings’. Entire churches will be (have been) poisoned with heresy.

Evangelicals have become so liberal in the last few years...oh what am I saying? As a Catholic, I find that Catholics have too....I think the country has moved left.

Because of the nature of evangelical Christianity, anyone claiming to speak for them probably doesn’t.

That won’t stop con men and charlatans from making the claim, though.

Saw this in an email sent by NumbersUSA.

Notice the Salvation Army is included. I've already sent them a note indicating my no longer considering them my primary donation target and forwarded the link to my Home Church, who I'm sure is not associated, but is Evangelical.

The NAE consists of CINOs only, certainly.

My daughters were at a private Christian school last year, and their “science” teacher was such an environmental whacko.

It was so bad that we ended up changing schools.

I swear she was more into the environment then she was into Christ.

What really bothered me was that she never used paper products like paper towels. She had cloth towels she would use to clean her classroom. She also encouraged the kids not to use water, and many of the kids stopped washing their hands because they didn’t want to “waste” water. My daughters got so sick last year, and I think it was in part due to her classroom not being really clean. The teacher didn’t even change her ways when H1N1 hit. When 20% of the kids were out sick with flu & strep throat, she still didn’t change her ways.

I’m glad my daughters didn’t buy into any of the environmental whacko stuff. They love their new school, and one reason is it is more conservative.

“He testified that the Gospel requires that Christians be willing to forgive illegal aliens for breaking existing immigration laws and statutes.”

Christians can forgive crimes committed against them. However, a Christian forgiving a murderer is NOT the same as a legal PARDON for the murder.

The NAE has been heading to a social gospel for some time. I’m glad the Southern Baptists aren’t part, but it is time for any serious denomination to pull out. The NAE has obviously decided that ‘Liberalism Saves’, and denies the Gospel.
