I've always liked and admired Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn.

In fact, I think she has so many of the ingredients we naturally associate with leadership – good communication skills, attractiveness, courage, convictions – that I have speculated more than once she could be presidential timber.

However, I've found a chink in the armor.

Apparently, she, too – like so many of her Republican colleagues in Congress – is deathly afraid of the Barack Obama eligibility issue.

Check out her recent appearance on CNN's "Larry King Live."

Do you believe Bachmann hasn't heard much from her constituents about the Obama eligibility issue?

All I can say to that is she must not be listening.

I wasn’t the only one on his list. I wonder how long it will take the NY Times to report this? We need a count down clock. It would really show how irrelevant they have become when it comes to actually reporting the news.

As soon as REpublicans (the GOP) permitted Juan McCain to swat down all the questions about Obama’s NBC, they all entered his boat. He even made the claim he investigated it; but I think he was stretching the truth there or did it half heartedly.

The GOP is just as scared as the DNC that the truth should be discovered. They are all in this together and they think they can get away with violating that silly old piece of paper we call the constitution. If the truth comes out, their gooses are cooked. Can you imagine their horror when all those tea party people showed up screeching about the constitution?

There was a Motion to Dismiss put forward by the attorneys representing the Justice Department and Barack Hussein Obama, which motion was denied.

The case as to Mr. Obama’s eligibility shall now proceed toward trial. This includes but is not limited to: Articles of Discovery wherein all matters pertaining to Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate, College Transcripts, Employment Records, Housing and Residence, Passports, etc. shall be subpoenaed and ordered to be brought forward for review.

The real issue is his father was a British citizen which means Obama cannot be a NBC or US citizen at birth. The BC is a distraction issue.

Leo agrees with you. I can’t. There are too many questions about his birth data and citizenship status given he was adopted by the Indonesian and his school records classify him as a citizen of Indonesia. He might not even be a US citizen.

You might be right but if you read Leo’s stuff, there is a snow balls chance in hell that a prosecutor would take on that trial in a District Court of DC. So if you are correct, I believe from listening to Leo on the radio and reading his blog, that is a dead end. There will be no prosecutor in DC taking on Leo’s case.

to him by the U.S.Marshalls if/when this goes to trial...
