Yes I have and it IS a hoot! I don’t know the product either. I think this guy and his cat was on an animal show when he talked about how his cat would go into the water..odd cuz cats don’t care for water unless they are introduced to it as a kitten. I had 4 kittens who lost the mommy cat so I hand raised them, gave them little baths ( they didn’t even have the eyes open yet) and when they grew up they loved the shower. But back to the cat in the ad...the guy invented this little head gear and the cat likes to float along!
