Only thing you need to do is measure the old fan before ordering - likely size will be 120mm. Oh, and see whether it takes a 4-pin or 3-pin plug. BTW, your case fan usually plugs into a socket on the motherboard.
When your new fan arrives, unplug PC, open case. Unplug old fan (which is usually mounted to the back wall of the PC), and unscrew it.
Then screw in the new fan, plug in the power cord of the fan to the power plug used by the old fan, plug in the PC, and power up.
