I reread an extraordinary interview Polanski gave to the novelist Martin Amis in 1979, the year after Polanski went on the run.
The interview originally appeared in Tatler and is collected in Amis’s excellent book Visiting Mrs Nabokov. Here’s a section of the first quote it contains from Polanski.
“If I had killed somebody, it wouldn’t have had so much appeal to the press, you see? But… f—ing, you see, and the young girls. Judges want to f— young girls. Juries want to f— young girls. Everyone wants to f— young girls!”
Thirty years have passed since Polanski said those words, so he’s had time to reconsider them. Whether he’s actually done so, we don’t yet know. Perhaps he still thinks it’s true that everyone fancies little girls, and that the press was exaggerating the enormity of his crime, and that all this somehow excuses his behaviour.
Later in the interview, Polanski says he likes Paris, to which he’d fled, because it’s “very grown-up”.
Unlike the 13-year-old girl with whom he admitted having unlawful sex.

The first company on the list is "ABC Distribution", which I believe is a subsidiary of Disney Inc - they certainly distribute many Disney-owned shows. Now, perhaps it's possible that Disney spun-off this particular company, or it's an entirely different company from ABC Distribution/US. I suppose that's possible.
If it's not, why is a Disney subsidiary supporting an admitted pedophile? The list may be found here.

As a father of 13yr old girl, I can attest to the fact that there are plenty of creepy 40 somethings out there. I’ve stared down a few of these creeps myself. They turn away pretty quick when they know they’re caught. Sick, Sick, Sick.

I worked there in the mid to late 70’s as a packager of film finance. Whatever evil you might attribute to Hollywood, take it and multiply times 4. For instance, one out of 4 Hollywood actors are homosexual, and they now control the agenda for what gets produced, and what doesn’t.
Polanski, I don’t fantasize about little girls. I like women old enough to share adult interests and subject matter. I like women who are old enough to realize the ramifications of their actions. I want women who can teach me a few things as well as learn a few things during our relationship.
I do not seek or dream of intimacy with children that are still six to ten years away from leaving their parent’s home. I don’t want to feel like a pre middle-school kid. I don’t want a thirteen year old to feel like an adult.
It isn’t appealing for me to think of having sex with a child. It’s a turn off. It’s a taboo that I would avoid. My self gratification isn’t more important than the healthy mental growth of a young person.
Even if I were to desire a young woman, it would be enough to be with that person who actually desired me. I wouldn’t need to go way beyond the pale with a first timer. I would treat them gently, having a lot of concern for their experience.
After hearing what you did to this young woman, it’s not only apparent that you don’t have any self-control, but that you are a selfish animal. You did this for your own ego, and to hell with the girl’s ego or mental state.
You did this against her will. You used drugs and alcohol to facilitate the crime. You did things that were just plain evil to this girl. And now you state that everyone is merely jealous, and that’s why they are after you.
I’m not jealous of you, you son of a bitch. I am angry with you because of what you have proven yourself to be. You are an evil vile despicable animal, who can’t even at this point in time admit that what you did was very wrong.
May your ass rot in a jail cell, until such a time as God is ready to judge you and send you where you belong.
