RE :”Appeaser?? Whose side am I on today?
Obama’s. As usual

Me and Obama LOL, you brighten my day :) Just call me Van Jones.

Appeaser because I don't think the Military ‘Intervention’ will happen? Or that it's not even a good idea? Or is the Birth-certificater thing too? How many sins have I committed?

Maybe the Birth-certificaters and the (Military) Intervention-ers could get together on this. Call up MSNBC and make their day.

The Officer Corps will not try to overthrow the civilian government. They may resign in large numbers and execute their rights and responsibilities as citizens, but while in uniform they will obey lawful orders issued by the President and his civilian leaders.

Exactly. And that is scary enough because Obummer will replace them with his own creatures.

Ironic & pitiful that the only ones who would resign in protest are the only ones we want to stay and keep their positions.

The Obama would very much like for his opposition to leave the military.

I did a search on NewsMax.com and the NewMax search link to the article also goes to the home page. They could be in the process of moving this article to another location OR it was deemed too controversial and the took it offline.

However, I anticipated this last night and have an exact copy of the webpage as it was for future edification. :-)

For an alleged intellectual (which he ain't!), Obama has been rather stupid in his treatment of and words about the military folks here (active and former -- and there are a lot of them). >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Just being stuoid is not a problem as far as our military is concerned.

Its when that stuoidity starts getting members of the military needlessly and stupidly killed that comprises the problem.

Link to full cached text is in post #204.

Can’t tell if the author is just speculating and was told to stop causing sparks, or knows more than he’s telling and what he told scares the he11 out of those involved.

“He’s an out-and-out liberal. “

Yes, but he usually hides it and pretends he is a conservative, but he was angry with what I was posting and he lost his cool.

Pure speculation and remote as he says, but plausible with with the type people who are running the Executive Branch. You are most likely correct on both counts that it’s causing sparks and scary thoughts. You can see evidence of it right here on this thread.

I call that TREASON.

Call it what you want. But you might want to read Article III, Section 3 and find out how treason is actually defined first.

Their oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States against all enimies foreign and domestic.

And what part of that Constitution gives them the authority to oust the elected government?

I don’t care what the rest of the world calls it, besides you are letting your liberalism show.

Why is respect for the Constitution a liberal trait? I would have thought the opposite to be true.

Thanks for your post #195 adding a small sane voice to the discussion.

What is sane about advocating a military overthrow of the elected government of the United States? I don't care who is in the White House, our Constitution does not allow for military coups. And anyone with any respect at all for that document would find the idea abhorrent.
