She’s a rebel. The Emperor’s agents in Episode 5 called them “Rebel scum.”

If Im not mistaken, I believe the title refers to the campaign where someone in the McCain camp and/or MSM (same difference with respect to SP) said that SP was going rogue when she was attacking 0bama.
id rather have a rogue than a maverick.
