AP has just updated that the ebook will not be released until Dec. 26, to maximize hardcover sales.

Nope. This one, I am preordering on Amazon. Or maybe I'll go the barnes and nobles the first day it is out. I love to try to get a reaction from the cashiers.

November 17th is a Tuesday and Tuesday is my day off, so I’ll rush out and buy it the first day its out.

Wouldn’t be funny if there people lined up at the bookstores to buy Palin’s book? The MSM and other assorted Palin haters would have a fit.

This was opening comment from your link:

There are some issues I agree strongly with Sarah Palin on, abortion, the need for a strong defense, and drilling our own oil, etc"

What an absolute idiot....and no surprise the poster is from MA. No doubt, PDS will grow even more acute among the communists.

Betcha she didn't [write her own book].

Whoa, whoa whoa...so she acknowledges employing the use of a collaborator, someone who knows how to tighten up copy, edit, and write (something not uncommon among non-pros in the industry) and that means she didn't author the book?

Look at definitions of “rogue” used as an adjective, not a noun:

“Vicious and solitary. Used of an animal, especially an elephant.”

“Large, destructive, and anomalous or unpredictable: a rogue wave; a rogue tornado.”

“Operating outside normal or desirable controls.”

Oddly enough, the B&N people are perfectly nice. here Maybe I’ll drive to a more Democratic town and buy it there :)

I was really expecting a reaction when I bought “Liberal Fascism” and didn’t even get a look of disgust.

The problem with used books is that none of the royalties get passed on to the author or publisher. That’s not a sin but it’s a problem if you want Sarah Palin to get a slice of your purchase price and it’s not that hard to find best sellers at 40% off at book stores and Amazon.

Yes, but if anything it has a more negative connotation than maverick (which I never want to hear uttered again). And again I think her challenge is to come across as solid and reliable operating within our established institutions—while still cleaning them up. Her unconventional outsider bona fides I think are already well established.

But again, I’m nobody’s political consultant and I’m glad she’s going to be out on the circuit again soon.

Try the Miriam Webster dictionary:

3 : a mischievous person : scamp

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/rogue

In Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, Luke Skywalker was a member of Rogue Squadron.

She’s a rebel. The Emperor’s agents in Episode 5 called them “Rebel scum.”

I’m sure Emperor Obamatine I is of the same opinion.
