NEW YORK Sarah Palin has finished her memoir just four months after the book deal was announced. Her publisher says the release date has been moved up from the spring to Nov. 17.
Harper publisher Jonathan Burnham says the former Alaska governor invested herself deeply and passionately in the project. He says the book contains fascinating detail.
The 400-page book is the first for Palin, who has been an object of fascination since Republican Sen. John McCain chose her as his running mate during his 2008 presidential bid. The book will be called "Going Rogue: An American Life."

If it was solid policy, the question would be "Who wrote it for her?". Her strength is that she can tie her conservative beliefs with who she is.

Right! Was going to give her "Letters to Nancy", but will get her Sarah's book instead.
I don't think there's anything wrong with using a ghost writer. I can't imagine that most books by politicians would be readable if they didn't. Regardless, I already know one of the things on my Christmas list this year.

I think she could title it “Does Todd poop in the woods?” and she’d have a best-seller. I’m glad it’s coming out sooner rather than later.
