President Obama's "safe schools czar" is a former schoolteacher who has advocated promoting homosexuality in schools, written about his past drug abuse, expressed his contempt for religion and detailed an incident in which he did not report an underage student who told him he was having sex with older men.
"What had [God] done for me, other than make me feel shame and guilt? Squat. Screw you, buddy -- I don't need you around anymore, I decided.
"The Baptist Church had left me only a legacy of self-hatred, shame, and disappointment, and I wanted no more of it or its Father. The long erosion of my faith was now complete, and I, for many years, reacted violently to anyone who professed any kind of religion. Decades passed before I opened a Bible again."

"He wants homosexuality to be taught in American schools -- in his book Always My Child, Jennings calls for a “diversity policy that mandates including LGBT [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender] themes in the curriculum.” But he wants only one side of this controversial issue to be aired, and apparently believes in locking sexually confused kids into a “gay” identity. That’s the implication of his declaration, “Ex-gay messages have no place in our nation’s public schools. A line has been drawn. There is no ‘other side’ when you’re talking about lesbian, gay and bisexual students.”
Jennings does not limit his promotion of homosexuality in schools only to high schools or middle schools. He wrote the foreword for a book titled Queering Elementary Education, which includes an essay declaring that “‘queerly raised’ children are agents” using “strategies of adaptation, negotiation, resistance, and subversion.”
Perhaps the most dramatic illustration, however, of Jennings’ unfitness for a “safe schools” post involves an incident when he taught at Concord Academy, a private boarding school in Massachusetts. In his book One Teacher in Ten (the title is based on the discredited myth, now abandoned even by “gay” activist groups, that ten percent of the population is homosexual), he [Obama's 'Safe Schools' Czar Kevin Jennings] tells about a young male sophomore, “Brewster,” who confessed to Jennings “his involvement with an older man he met in Boston.” But at a GLSEN rally in 2000, Jennings told a more explicit version of “Brewster’s” story. Jennings here quotes the boy and then comments: “‘I met someone in the bus station bathroom and I went home with him.’ High school sophomore, 15 years old. That was the only way he knew how to meet gay people.”
Did Jennings report this high-risk behavior to the authorities? To the school? To the boy’s parents? No -- he just told the boy, “I hope you knew to use a condom.”..."

It is time for each of us to prepare for the 2o1o Congressional elections.First work on your own local election.Second,help out in at least one other Congressional election.
Look at how many teachers have been caught doing it. Those are just the ones who have been caught! Parents, for the sake of their kids, like to keep a molestation quiet. The schools have no problem "helping" to keep it a secret..
There was a homosexual teacher doing a 12 year old in the county next to ours. The teacher was allowed to resign and was give a letter of recommendation to take with him to his next rape...er....job.
The teachers union doesn't allow back ground checks on new hires. The school has to hire anyone, no matter what their criminal back ground is.
It's not about teaching the kids academics anymore. It's about perverting their minds for the sake of the immoral and corrupt socialist revolution.
I don't know how many times I've heard parents say their kids are in a "good school." They have no idea whats going on in the classroom. They have no idea what's happening to their kids. They just think they do.
No! Come on, we need to be accurate. He is NOT A PEDOPHILE. He did not make a report when a girl told him she was having sex with older men.
Yet another self-worshipper, disappointed that God is not his servant.
Maybe it would have occurred to him that his self loathing and guilt were the by-products of his sin. Instead of confessing his sin and repenting, he decided that he was way to important to be burdened with something like a conscience. So he shed himself of it.
And now our country is ruled by perverted men such as this.
I am completely disgusted by what I have read in this article. This man needs to leave and have his head examined. Keep him away from our children!
Too many “parents” today are way to be busy to actually raise or even care about what they’re being told in school today. In effect they’ve outsourced the rearing of their kids. These same parents, of course, also wail bitterly about outsourcing American jobs.
Which is a crime as well.
“Safety of the children” has become the statist mantra for depriving citizens of their rights. When someone trots that out, I know that’s not what it’s really about.

Then, when there is fuss, the "dinosaur media" and other liberals will scream the "R" word - it's racism that is driving us against Obama. I think he hopes that will work and this country WILL END UP DIVIDED again. I think that is his plan to weaken America. He knows these people will be problems; and that his sheeple won't accept that anyone being against them is anything but a desire to oust Obama because of his race. I think it is a big game for him.
He cannot be so stupid as to keep making judgment mistakes. He has to be doing this on purpose, and not just for the obvious reason of socialistic control. It has to be to create conflict so the country is in turmoil over his presidency ! And the stupid media just goes along and helps fire up the flames.
Correction. An underage boy was having sex with a strange man he met in the john. This Czar has been chosen as a safer schools Czar!
He did nothing to save the boy. He told him to make sure he wore a condemn. Shouldn't he have notified the police?

The story about the 15-year-old student shows that Jennings doesn’t have a problem with an underage male having sex with an adult male, and is thus condoning statutory rape. As far as pressing charges though, I don’t see how this is possible, regardless of the statute of limitations. If questioned by police, Jennings could say that he made up the story about the 15-year-old, and unless the former student came forward and verified that the conversation really took place, there’s no basis to press charges. What this story indicates is that Jennings is either a criminal or a liar, and either way, not to be trusted with the safety of our children.
Oh-he is. Along with his advisors.

You’re right, but it shouldn’t be too hard to find out, if it was true. Either way, he’s nobody to head up the Safe Schools position.
