Sorry for the vanity, but it needs to be said and I think that other Freepers watching what is going on in OUR media will probably agree - Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Michael Savage, etc., you all need to practice a variation of the Reagan doctrine or 11th commandment "Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow [conservative]."
We face some mighty enemies in this nation and it appears that several in our conservative media are missing this fact and thinking somehow it is all about them. Sean Hannity REFUSES to acknowledge or give one iota of credit to Glenn Beck regarding the Acorn scandals. Does Sean really think this is all about him? Is he jealous of Beck's success? That's how it is coming off and it is causing many of us to lose respect for him.
Levin has apparently gone one long rants against Beck because he thinks Beck is stealing from him???? Get over it Mark. If he is or isn't, a house divided against itself can not stand and the Republic will die if the voices speaking up for it are pitted against each other.
And Savage - get over yourself! Yes, you've been banned in Britain. Yes, that was wrong. But Limbaugh (whom you call the golfer), Hannity (whom you call the Wallbanger) & Beck (whom you call the hemorrhoid), owe you only as much respect as you have given to them over the years. They are speaking out about the threat to talk radio with regularity. They are focusing on America. Britain may be lost already. So, they focus on the States which, if this weren't all about you in your mind, should make you happy if you were ideologically aligned. The fact you want to whine about them not speaking your name shows that it is not about freedom, but about Savage.
We don't have room for egos here. You all need to learn to play nice and stand united or you will help bring about the downfall of this great nation.

In this battle, unity is strength. It IS a battle for the Republic. Close ranks and battle on.
I agree, Levin was bashing Savage, who bashes Hannity....

Guys, united we stand, divided we fall. Why can’t you guys get subs for 2 days, have a pow-wow and close ranks. Combine the audiences and how many folks on our side would that be?
Easy pickens, easy math. That ain’t fuzzy math, either. Seriously, when you guys speak ill of each other, it’s the same as a sneaky way of giving yourself a compliment. Let others do that. It is a BIG turnoff to us, your loyal listeners. We DON’T LIKE YOU GUYS TO SPEAK ILL of EACH other.
Glad you posted this. I agree. It came to me this morning that I was getting tired of the pointless rants focused from 1 talk show guy to the other. It seems that Limbaugh, Hannity and Levin have a triumvirate, where they will go on each other’s shows. Levin and Savage seem to be the worst at disparaging each other. It’s tiring.
Same goes for BOR on FOX. All he does is talk about his ratings. If you talk about your ratings, soon you won’t have them. I tune in to hear news and analysis. And not analysis of Nielsen.
They are competitors for ratings, but there are enough of us to go around. Let’s all be on one team!!

As a Savage listener, I do have more respect for him, as the others are all controlled, and he is an independant thinker. We all know Rush and Hannity suck up to one side, and never had the balls to call out McCain as the fall guy, which he inevitably was. His being banned an the reasons why are pretty damn scary to me.. I do appreciate the other outlets, although the only other I would listen to is Beck.
There is no reason they should not back him, as he has occasionally stood behind them in the past.
I love Levin, but wish he would give Glenn Beck credit for what he has done. I don’t think Beck has a vengeful bone in his body.
I havent heard Mark Levin lately but am surprised at the remarks, will have to listen tomorrow.
Regarding Savage - I can only stand him for a minute or two - I tired fast of listening to an adult with ADD. What does that make me? : )

Since these hosts we’re talking about are like me, have an ego, don’t like to be wrong...how does it hit you when one of these “leaders of the conservatism in America” speaks ill of another...cheap pot shots, snide remarks...etc.?
I truly don’t think they’ll listen to us, some other guys here, but perhaps they’ll listen to women giving their input...

Agreed. BOR was talking tonite about the great reporting Fox has done on ACORN and if he gave Beck credit I missed it.
I lost any respect I once had for hannity when his northeastern snobby nightly blow jobs of the liberal rooty toot got to much to take. I think there might be some past bad blood somewhere between hannity and Beck. I’m guessing that it has to be something more than just a jealousy over ratings, who knows, could be wrong on that tho. Rush has accepted Glenn’s success, and there is no reason for him not to of course, so why can’t other conservative hosts who are down the popularity ladder from Rush a bit, (or a lot) accept Beck’s success also? turn the ‘childish’ types off? you are dead on the money.
Lots of dems out there that could be bashed before we do it to each other... That said, our guys might be like the classic "Irish brothers" who will fight among themselves, but always stand together against a common foe...

If you watched Beck you would know no one controls that man, he is speaking truth and putting his and his families lives in danger in the process.
I keep telling Glenn that BOR isn’t his friend, but he won’t listen. Glenn thinks he’s like a big brother. BOR’s just keeping his enemies close.
All of these people feel very threatened by Glenn and rightly so. He’s coming full steam at second place on the radio and is gunning for BOR’s #1 spot on Fox.
