I'm not confused and the childish insults really don't impress me. And, frankly, while I have no doubt most people here can walk and chew gum, I don't think there's that many posting at the moment who are capable of forensically examining an image file. I also don't think there's anybody here who knows as much about Australian documentation as I do.
The alleged Obama certificate based off Bomford is about as genuine as a three dollar note. You wouldn't accept one of those. People shouldn't be accepting that.
I don't know if you believe it's real or not. I don't really care to be honest. It's not about one person. It's about the fact that there are a lot of people who've apparently been taken in by an obvious fake whose true provenance is quite easy to establish.

What is telling is the effort by the poster to amke assertions regarding the Obama exhibits when the only exhibit I’ve addressed is the faked Bomford exhibit used to generate the fraudulent Obama BC exhibit someone wants to confuse folsk with. When a poster plays such bait and switch games, it doesn’t speak well of their agenda.
I agree. The various lawsuits underway around the country appear to be gaining some traction. And those petitioning their state AsG also appear to be making a point.
From what I can see, that about takes care of the present. What has me worried is that, in legal and legislative terms, 2012 is right around the corner, and with no real law to worry them, Team Obama's legal wing will just keep skirmishing until Obama is out of office in 2012.
If that happens, a very dangerous precedent will in some way have been set, without benefit of a SCOTUS ruling. Dr. Taitz, even with all shortcomings as an attorney, has done the country a service in keeping this going. IMHO, tying cases to serving military officers is a brilliant strategy that ties her firmly to the precedents set at the Nuremburg Trials. But strategy ain't tactics, and she's been tripped up time after time on basic lawyering stuff. And time is what is of the essence in this.
With the revelation of the two different DNC documents, the question is now: Which one did the 50 SOS's accept from the DNC???
It would appear that they accepted version "B", i.e., with the constitutional eligibility language edited out. But, there is precedent for that with the Gore and Kerry affidavits, so the issue could stall out.
Team Obama's legal wing knows they have a client who hasn't much to go with in court. Therefore, they are doing what lawyers do best, complicating, stalling, and exercising the opposition on snipe hunts in blind legal alleys.
What's worse, even with the long-term strategy of passing state eligibility laws, which IMHO, should be done, all Obama has to do to avoid their consequences is not run.
Maddening.
I have no idea what can be done immediately, or even quickly, except to keep up public pressure, but that further weakens and de-legitimizes the office of the President.
We need elected representation that will take on this problem. That way, we can at least put a fence around the guy until he leaves in 2012. But let's face it: damage control means there has been damage.

It doesn’t take any particularly deep analysis to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the Bomford BC is a doctored fraud. The floating text alone would bust it hopelessly in court.

But, it will stop others who try to pull this scam in the future and will strengthen our Constitution. I think it is a scandal that nobody is really checking eligibility.
By then way, that seems to be a recurrent scam running throughout our quasi-government agencies when you consider what is happening with our tax dollars at ACORN these days (and all of the welfare scams operating throughout the states). Nobody actually checks.

Given half-a-chance, there is no doubt in my mind that La Justicia Sotomayor would rule that Hispanic "Anchor Babies" born to 2 illegal alien parents , are "Natural Born Citizens."
What Obama and his team may well be trying to establish is that ALL citizens have the same "Civil Right" to run for any office.

As far as Orly. She needs to stay focus, avoid making rash declarations, STOP fight with Gary Kreep as this will piss the judge off. I hope Orly is getting assistance from other skilled attorneys - my guess is she is too stubborn to listen.
Judge Carter is almost a gift from God. She needs to fight Obama and his attorneys. Fighting with Gary Kreep and not following court procedure will piss off Judge Carter.

I am wondering, since naturalman has seen “dozens” of Kenyan birth certificates - unusual - and lots of Australian ones, why can’t he show us some? He just wants us to trust his word. I guess like he wants us to trust 0bama’s word.

On the Bomford threads, various AU BC’s were shown, and they weren’t all the same. Just a little snippet of info. But since your eyes have witnessed so many Kenyan BC, certainly you can find one of them or even a few, and show us!
Otherwise, you want us to merely accept your word, just as 0bama wants us to accept his word.
And, also wondering how was it that you just happened to have seen with your own eyes 20 to 30 Kenyan BCs, when they are so unusual and hard to find.

Do you seriously expect naturalman to have kept copies of every BC he looked at in his official capacity?
While a company (or military unit) probably would keep copies of the bona fides of its employees, would the HR director have a private file that they would keep with them for life?
