Please post your updates from D.C. and from news reports here as well as your photos of the day.
Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.
Photos and video taken by This Ain'tHell taken in daylight before the bulk of the crowd showed can be viewed here.

Maybe he was talking about his wife, Michele?
56 men signed the Declaration of Independence.........
Yes, when men were men!
He is basically saying, in America no one should die because they get old. Pony up some money and I will make it so.
This is NOT the America my dad died for.
How poignant and moving.
And powerful.
And may God bless little her and her family.
That’s his father-in-law and Orson’s wife
since 1993.
I don’t think I can begin to read it all. I just returned from work.
I will just have to do what I did...jump in and find a place! LOL!
Wouldn’t it be fun if you saw her on TV? LOL!
Very symbolic! We have to make it work!
Great. Thanks!
Has he gotten to the part yet where he says, “Take up your crutch and follow me and you shall have everlasting life!”?

The signs were great, really creative. This one guy had an Obama mask with a 24” limb coming off the nose, complete with a couple of small leaves growing on it (like pinnochio). There were a few dressed like the grim reaper with a sign that said Obama Care. My only dissapointment was that I never met up with the rest of the Freepers in town. It was impossible to find anyone.
