Baltimore, MD September 11, 2009 We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City States Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

Duh.
Two words: Rodney King.
In BALTIMORE CITY?? Not too familiar with Maryland politics, I take it.
This will be good... I think the conservative lawyers lining up to defend James O’Keefe and his cute associate will number in the thousands. What a great high profile case to defend! Let’s bring ACORN’s leadership to the witness stand and defend what they’ve been doing and attack the journalists exposing their crimes! Bring it on!!!!!
Big mistake if they do ... Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck will ride it like a rented mule.
You know what, that does make complete sense to me. Not only does ACORN receive taxpayer money and as the taxpayer I have a right to know how it is being used...
We should begin a fund to provide defense for the two undercover victims, but we also need to LOUDLY DEMAND a full audit of ACORN and its subsidaries. No, DEMAND is too nice, We the People REQUIRE IT. We also require the audit and prosecution of all public servants connected to ACORN or its subsidaries. Not one more dime, until every dime is accounted for ...legally. If it can’t be accounted for legally...shut them down.
We need to rip the “smear tactic” accusation right from their mouths. They are instrumental in keeping people in slavery. Sex slavery, child sex, rape, drugs etc. The money needs to stop flowing into this sewer called ACORN. There is no mighty Oak Tree, hell it is not even a compost heap.
WE must once again rise up and get these folks off the plantation.
These are times that try men's souls.

At some point, street justice will be required.
No surprise. I doubt this will go very far, though. I think the intent is to frighten off anyone from doing it again. What was captured on tape is just too egregious to ignore and prosecuting them would only spread attention to the video and demonstrate their bias by not prosecuting the ACORN people, something that ACORN and the anti-white racist state of MD don’t want.
This is outrageous. ACORN must be shut down immediately - they are Obama’s thug storm troopers.

We are well into it.
Beck warned those young people that the enemy was going to play HARD BALL.
And that is exactly what they appear to be doing, so soon after release of the video.
Today's ACORN Undercover tapes should also be played in context with THIS video of Obama, while still Senator, with ACORN and praising them to high heaven. VIDEO
Very interesting. I don’t care if she was a civil rights advocate, only if she lets that get in the way of justice and it sounds like that is exactly what she does. Once we tie her to ACORN/ SEIU or OBAMA....she will have to recuse herself from the case or drop it altogether. It’s obvious what she is doing and there is going to be a back lash!
Then, every time the cops record a conversation without telling the other party it is illegal!
Remember Linda Tripp?
ACORN would not be a party to this case. It’s the State versu the cute girl and her partner in crime
Obama-thug video bump
They won’t press any charges....Think of the can of worms any type of discovery would bring to light!
