Baltimore, MD September 11, 2009 We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City States Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

The liberals are trying to put out a fire by throwing gasoline on it!
This will just make things worse for ACORN, and rally even more patriotic Americans to the cause!
Take the “C.” out and it jumps to 189:
This is Marty O’Malley’s Maryland. I am ashamed to say he attended my Catholic high school, but he is a product of “Post Vatican II” Jesuits who are - or have been - utterly corrupted by Liberation Theology and rampant homosexuality in their seminaries. He is an utter disgrace and will probably, as governor, push very hard to see these people prosecuted. I am a grateful refugee from that corrupt Peoples’ Republic.
Fortunately you are wrong, sometimes good DOES triumph! The current GOP House Leader, Jim Boehner (OH), who was the person Speaker Newt Gingrich was talking to, sued Rep, James McDermott and won through the Appeals Court.
On March 31, 2008, Chief Judge Thomas Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia ordered McDermott to pay $1.05 million to Boehner, covering attorney's fees, costs and interest. McDermott also has had to pay over $60,000 in fines and close to $600,000 to his own lawyers. McDermott said he would not appeal further.
Nothing is said about how Baghdad Jim is paying but it is a court judgement.
She has ties to ACORN. According to her WIKI page she recieved a ‘Community Leadership Award’. ACORN gives out ‘Community Leadership Awards’. It is not going to be hard to tie this woman to ACORN.
Glenn Beck told the girl on the tape not to use her real name.
We all knew this was coming.
BREAKING NEWS——Census cutting all ties to ACORN

America electing traitors as Presidents is getting old..
John McLame seems to be awfully comfortable with traitors..
BTW; George Bush giving Sandy Berger a pass for proven espionage is suspious..
Could be Bush and Obama are being controlled by the same Globalists..
Not a lawyer, but that sounds a very likely exception. There are probably several other grounds besides on which the present case is a legal exception. But you can't expect a Rat Attorney General to put state law ahead of protecting ratical criminal enterprises.
What do you think the Raticals' "Attorneys General Project" was all about anyway?
Is this Concord or Lexington?
It is lawful under this subtitle for a person to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication where the person is a party to the communication and where all of the parties to the communication have given prior consent to the interception unless the communication is intercepted for the purpose of committing any criminal or tortious act in violation of the Constitution of laws of the United States or of this State. Cts. & Jud. Proc. §10-402(c)(3).
IANAL, so I can't interpret what it means.
