I miss Larry...
Thanks for the info...I love Larry!
Larry and Dennis are very tight. I’m surprised it took this long to get Larry back into the chair. Should be good listening on Monday! SSZ
Awesome. It will be great to hear Larry again.
LA afternoon radio could use him again.
“LA afternoon radio could use him again.”
I was a fairly regular caller, as was one of my sons...he was always right on point and clear about who he was...after his TV show was cancelled and his mom died, though, he kept getting harsher and harsher...I think he really needed a break.
I used to love the Fri shows with his Mom...
RIP to his Dearly Departed mother who called in once a week to his show.
Larry also had a regular caller named Steve Miller. He was a teenager from Santa Monica, who later went on to college at Duke.
KFWB 980 is switching to talk radio after 40-50 years of all news format in L.A. Dr. Laura just jumped to them. Perhaps with another talk station in L.A., Larry can get back on the air.

Black Conservatives...man, do they get screwed coming and going, or what?
Elder is a CINO. He’s a huge legalize illegal aliens advocate. That’s where he lost me. I used to be a big fan.
Elder has always been for the illegals. Still is.
I don’t like him.
I like him, though I don’t agree with all his libratarian views. LOVED his mom! RIP.
*libritarian*
I was also a regular caller. He did get harsh towards the end.
Perhaps the time off has helped. He is a wise man.
Larry got a double whammy in 2007.
1. The ABC network had been offering both Larry Elder and Mark Levin for syndication. They stopped offering Larry and concentrated on Mark. Larry’s show reverted to a local KABC show.
2. In late 2007, KABC bid for and got the Dodger games. This meant that beginning in 2008, Larry would be frequently preempted for more than half the year.
His mom was great. I agree.
