If I order a Private to do something, and he says, "Only if you show me your birth certificate" (since in order to be a commissioned officer I must be an American Citizen), he's getting charged with insubordination.

It seems you do not know anything about the military. We take an oath to defend the Constitution not any specific individual. This is unique in the world of the different country military services. Like NAZI took an oath to Hitler instead of the country.
There are people in other countries that want to conduct trials of our military simply following the orders of their leaders. If/when Obama is proven beyond doubt a fraud, all those orders under his command would be deemed unlawful. Just think about what will occur then.
If he is valid under Art II Sec 1 of the constitution then all he has to do is produce the full form including hospital were born. This form is readily available as a number of individual have posted their live birth document on the internet born during that time.

The State of Hawaii has authenticated his Certificate of Live Birth. That is game, set, match. Don't feed me the "he won't show the long form version" bullcrap. Not buying. Certified copies of State records are presumptively authentic in all courts of law.

The State of Hawaii only confirmed that a Certificate of Live Birth exists and is in the Vault. They did not say what was in it. This doesn't mean the information is authenticated.

An honest, straightforward, upright, and moral person would be **HONORED** to prove to his troops that he is a natural born citizen and qualified to be their Commander in Chief.

With a nod of his head, Obama could do this and have all documentation available by Monday at 10 a.m. for full review by anyone who wanted to see it ( especially those serving under his command.)

I am also a military member and you seem to be misinformed about the UCMJ. A military member is only required to follow a LAWFUL order. Your analogy of ordering a private to do something is erroneous. If you ordered a private to shoot your general and he refuses, then he WILL NOT be charged with insubordination. Likewise, if an Iraqi dresses in a stolen US Cpt uniform and orders the private to do something that the private believes is unlawful, then he WILL NOT be charged with insubordination if he can prove either the order was unlawful or the person giving the order did not have authority to do so. This is exactly what many people are questioning and it is lawful.
