My guess is that it is a legal case by a soldier asking for “clarification” on the CIC’s authenticity.
Could you make it a smaller size and/or not all caps, please?
I thought a military lady doctor filed a case in Texas courts? A class action suit with thousands of active duty John & Jane Doe soldiers is what is needed.
They also need an experienced attorney running the case - not Orly. She is a good lady but they need a attorney with trial experience.

My apologies as I assumed it was clear from the headers to the complaint and from the link.
Context: Last week, Dr. Orly Taitz filed a TRO Motion in Texas on behalf of Captain Connie Rhodes, M.D. F.S., seeking a TRO preventing her deployment to Iraq pending a decision on whether Obama is qualified to be president. That case was discussed @ http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2327189/posts. (The TX judge denied the TRO.)
This story: Now, Taitz has filed a new case on Rhodes’ behalf in Georgia, making essentially the same claims, but seeking class action status (on behalf of all military members who have been or will be deployed outside the US on or after January 21, 2009.
The case is before Judge Land. Judge Land is the judge who denied Taitz’s motion for a similar TRO filed on behalf of Maj. Stefan Cook last month.
A military Captain is asking for BHO to be proven a citizen. Basically she is seeking an injunction for her to disobey orders from a fraudulent CIC and she is seeking it to be certified as a class action to cover all active military personnel.
Who will be fully known is CSIC. As far as I am conerned. Just my opinion.
She is no different than any other war resistor. They all think they have "good arguments."
I've dealt with lawyers like this before. They're incompetent, and all they end up with is a client in jail.
I’m failing on my FLA ID. Let me se: stupidhead, sycho (sp), soulless....
Headers are always in ALL CAPS.
This ain’t activism.
I’ve been here 9 years, buddy.
Much ado about nothing if Orly is invovled........ This was dismissed a few hours after it was filed in Texas. Now she’s [both Orly and the Female Cpt] are moving to the Georgia courts and expanding it to all unnamed military. You ever wonder how much these people cost the tax payers with this kinda crap?
That’s not the point, its the MONEY...and if they win the fame. But,,,first,,,follow the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
This is about a coward who cannot show the public his birth certificate!
