The koolaid libs just can’t figure this one out. IF ozero was a natural born citizen, hadn’t taken over the car and banking industry, hadn’t surrounded himself with marxists, hadn’t declared “We won”, hadn’t buzzed NYC with AF1, hadn’t bowed to the saudi king, hadn’t appologized to the world for our existance and on and on and on, this school speech wouldn’t be a big deal.

Extremely poorly written, isn’t it. A “Yes” vote is actually a “No” vote. They pull that crap in California on our Propositions and try to trick voters into getting something passed.

This results in this poll are 72% “stay out of our schools and away from our kids”. Pretty conclusive.

Our local school board is predominantly conservative. I just spoke with a board member who recently retired as our Superintendent of schools.

Some of his responses:

• "Yep, we are right on top of this one."

• "Yes, the Department of Education did issue a lesson plan. I have downloaded it and have read it."

• "We [the school board] have discussed it, and students will be allowed to opt out -- if it is even shown at all."

• "We have word that the State of Texas is considering banning the showing of it (with required attendance) in all schools in Texas."

• " At most, IF it is shown at all here, it will be in a separate room, and students' parents must request that their children be allowed to see it."

• "We are considering recording it to disk, and allowing students whose parents so request to view it as an individual Social Studies project."

• "Let me assure you right now that your grandchildren will not be required to watch it."
