Legal gun owners are not into breaking the law. Are they setting a trap by asking that question? Never answer questions that could set a trap that works at changing the law.

“Unauthorized”? By whom, if I may ask?

It’s authorized by 2A. CCW laws are an infringement, but usually a step in the right direction.

LOL...I think those that violate the Second Amendment should get jail time.

What part of “...shall not be infringed” don’t they get?

Absolutely not. The only weapons that might deserve to be classified as "unauthorized" aren't the kind that a single person could carry around.

I think those that violate the Second Amendment should get jail time.

They should get worse than jail time. The Bill of Rights are our "forward defense". Any assault on them is clear warning that a tyrant has invaded our land.

Better question: Should politicians get jail time for trampling on the constitutional rights of American citizens? Ask all of the Chicago’s elected thugs who ignore the 2nd amendment.

Depends on the person and the weapon. A little old lady with a .38 for self defense, no. Some madrasa graduate standing around an airport with a SAM-7, yes.

Agreed though I would add schizophrenia as a bar to carrying.

That would rule out two of the three of the MSNBC “anchors”.

“unauthorized weapons” does this count for printing presses too(think Willian Randolph Hearst and the “Spanish-American “War””) How many people did HE get killed for his trumped-up “war”?
