Gunmen open fire on paramedics in Gary

GARY, Ind. (STNG) -- Two men shot at two paramedics Tuesday night after the medics dropped off a patient in Gary, Ind., police said.
Gary police Cpl. Gabrielle King said one medic was standing at the rear of the ambulance in the 5100 block of West 4th Avenue with the doors open, and the other was standing at its front at 5:50 p.m.
Suddenly, she said, two males drove around the ambulance in a red two-door Geo Tracker and and fired four shots.
Next, she said, the men pulled in front of the ambulance and fired one more shot in its direction.
King said the bullet shattered the ambulance's windshield and traveled through the vehicle, exiting out the open rear doors. The medic standing behind the ambulance told police he heard a whistling sound.
The medics work for Prompt Ambulance Service, and one of the men filed a police report on behalf of the company.
The men in the Geo Tracker fled the scene in an unknown direction, King said.

I could say something about the people in cities like this. But I would be received as a racist. It seems like this is the norm in liberal socialist cities.

The gunmen if found should be shot just for driving a geo. /sarc
What the article failed to give insight too is the possiblity that one of the EMTs was the target of a personal attack (disgruntled spouse/lover/family member).
Or the possiblity that the patient was the target and the dipsticks did not relize the patient was no longer on board.
That Geo might get up to 85mph......downhill with a tailwind.

You could probably PUSH it faster downhill than the engine can do it.
There are many questionable statements by the ambulance crew.
The perps use of a red Geo Tracker as the drive-by vehicle is way out there.
