The Peacock owns FOX News
Reverend Manning ^

Posted on 09/01/2009 11:18:15 AM PDT by DaveinOK54

I sure hope this is not true. If so, this changes everything. Rev. Manning is saying that FOX News is owned by GE.

The video is from May of this year. I searched back to January and did not see this posted.

Anyone know anything about this?

Go back to sleep. You just had a bad dream. GE does not own Fox.

I sure hope the Rev. is a better theologian than a businesman.

If it did, then why would BOR and Glenn Beck be allowed to go after GE as much as they do?

I think the good Reverend has it confused with PMSNBC.

Not sure about GE....but I do know that Fox (and its parent company NewsCorp) is part-owned by the same Saudi prince who blamed the Jews for 9/11....when he presented then mayor Rudy Giuliani a $10 million check for 9/11 relief (which Rudy, refused, when hearing the anti-Semitic rant from this prince)

It also should be noted that, while in Australia in the 1970’s, Rupert Murdoch supported the Labour party and its candidate for PM.

And, Murdoch held fund-raisers for Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid

Maybe not GE, but part-owned by a pro-terrorist Saudi, and has left-leanings, does FNC. I do watch Fox among the news channels.....but double check on some of their stories...

We need to get EIB to buy CBS NBC and ABC. I will invest heavily.

I sure hope so. But the way things are going these days, who can tell? Nothing would suprise me at this point.

I was making a joke.

Anybody who would create a new thread to ask a stupid question easily answered with a simple google query deserves to be laughed at.

&&&
I have often wondered why Rush does not buy his own network. Surely he has the bucks.

Didn’t know the Weekly Standard was owned by News Corp. That link gives the six top owners of news sources.
