I've been asked the question dozens and dozens of times recently: "What if Obama is ineligible, then what? What would it mean for the country? Could the nation withstand the shock and the upheaval of unseating the first black president?"
What the questioners are talking about is not the constitutional procedure for removing an ineligible president from office. They are talking instead about the real-world ramifications. Often, there is the suggestion that there would be race riots in major cities.
When I first encountered this question, I dismissed it as irrelevant, speculative, placing the cart before the horse.
But the more I run into it, the more I realize this nagging thought might indeed be the root of much of the resistance to a full examination of the facts.
I don't know what would happen across America if Obama were to be found ineligible.
I don't know, and, in a sense, I don't really care.

Nah. The “too big to fail” ideology has been so successfully ingrained in the American mind, most would say, “we have to let him finish his historic term. We have to let him finish ‘fundamentally transforming America.’”

Numerous people tried to get this out to the public and judges denied standing to these plantiffs.Throw the guy out and hang it around the neck of those in congress of both parties.

I don’t care what the hell color he is! If he’s ineligible, he OUT, just like any other imposter president would be. I pray Europe is ready for the ramifications that all treaties, pacts, bills, & promises made by him, may be revoked on the grounds that he had no legal right to enter into them! Which also means that any laws he signed into action on American soil would also be revoked.
....and lets not forget about the vermin in the House & Senate who turned their backs & ignored the vetting of this imposter!

Someone needs to call out Chris Matthews on why he said Obama was born in Indonesia in 2007..and WHY HE DIDN’T QUESTION WHETHER HE WAS ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT AS HE MADE THE STATEMENT.

For reals though, I have pondered the concept of civil unrest long and hard. I live near a diverse area, meaning a ghetto. There is little or nothing to stop the hordes from coming into my neighborhood and spreading my wealth. Mentally I have plans for blockading certain streets to limit access into my zone and creating a defensible perimeter with roving patrols, but don't advertise it because it sounds extremist. When I DO mention it I drape it in the context of a hurricane aftermath, and most (liberal assclown) neighbors support that concept, having vague memories of Katrina.
The threat of widespread urban unrest is real and palpable. Some folks are just waiting for an excuse; their anger at "the man" seethes under the surface. I just hope I can keep my family safe when the SHTF.
If 0bama is found to be ineligible, then Biden would become President and most importantly, Hillary Clinton will be REALLY PISSED OFF.

Agreed! Maybe we should start posting the “heat” on Chris on several sites & let him sweat under the collar a little. But then, look at someone like Shep Smith...he doesn’t care!
He is the first affirmative action president so he can’t fail. Because of that he doesn’t need to be Constitutionally eligible. Today you don’t need to be qualified for the job. You get the job because your group has been denied the job for low these many years. Obama’s birth and citizenship records could be paraded on the evening news and front page of every newspaper and it still wouldn’t take him out of office.

The second amendment is meaningless for our protection. We can’t use guns to fight this tyranny! The news media is completely taken over by “Big Brother”. The majority of people are brainwashed and wouldn’t lift a finger to protect their rights! As long as they have their “bread and circuses “ they don’t care.
