Victim Cried, Begged 'Don't Kill Me' in Brutal Mother-Son Gang Rape
AP/Fox News ^ | August 26 | Staff

Police say the defendants lured the woman, then 35, out of her apartment just a few miles from downtown West Palm Beach by claiming her truck had a flat tire. Three masked gunmen then forced her and her son, then 12, back inside. Others soon joined in the attack.

Lawson continued testifying Wednesday, describing the chaotic scene inside the woman's home, with attackers coming and going, raping the woman over and over, sodomizing her, beating the boy and forcing the mother to perform oral sex on her son.

Police say Lawson and the other defendants were among as many as 10 teenagers who attacked the woman and boy, and later doused the victims with cleaning solutions, nail polish remover and vinegar to clean the crime scene.

An interesting aspect of this story is this is actually a hate crime: African American (Black) verses Haitian.

I know liberals won't "get this" but when people are raped and have caustic chemicals thrown on them - it's "hate". All this liberal crap about color of skin defining hate - is pure bullshit. It's time for our legal system to get real.

The crime is the action NOT the "feeling".

Everyone that can should own and know HOW TO Use a gun. Anyone who illegally enters your home should not be allowed to leave. This would send a message and save the taxpayers money.

I hope mother and son are in protective custody. I’m sure there’s a great deal of temptation for the gang to get rid of the primary witnesses - the victims.

I’m for expanding the death penalty to cover crimes such as these. If this were a just society, these rapists would be castrated and then slowly beat to death with iron bars.

The press makes a big deal out of this black on black crime and virtually ignores the black on white murders in Knoxville.

examiner.com is the only media I know of that has done a good job of covering this tragedy.

Will Obama grant TPS to Haitian immigrants?

Shortly after Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, several groups that have long advocated on behalf of Haitian refugees and immigrants began calling for a halt to deportations to Haiti. These groups – Haitian Women of Miami (FANM), the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC), the Florida Immigrant Coalition, Catholic Charities, UNITE for Dignity, the Haitian-American Grassroots Coalition, Notre Dame D’Haiti Mission and Grace Haitian United Methodic Church – set up an online petition to broaden support. The petition, which has so far gathered 755 signatures, can be accessed here.

On February 16, AP reported that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had ordered the deportation of 30,000 Haitians. As its name indicates ICE is charged with enforcing immigration decisions: it does not make them. Thus the story was wrong. Although AP retracted the story in part a couple of days later, the original report had already spread panic in Haitian communities nationwide.  Thus thousands were led to believe that ICE was singling out Haitians for stepped up deportation efforts.

That 30,000 Haitian immigrants might be subject to deportation was not hard to believe. Over the last twenty years, many have been denied legal permanent residence or refugee status and given the opportunity to self-deport. Most decided to chance staying in the US rather than take the next flight back to Haiti. And most have set roots in this country, just like the millions from Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and Latin America, hoping that Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) will become a reality with Obama in power. Meanwhile Haiti has been best by a long series of man-made political and natural disasters which has greatly impoverished the country and made economic progress a difficult undertaking.

The story was posted but from a different source. It doesn’t really matter, this story actually gives more info than the one I read yesterday.

I wish we could say that we ended up sweeping the cities clean of these scumlovers personally, methodically, and with extreme prejudice. But we didn't.

The Big Hungry did that. And the flu. And they killed each other off. Same result, different cause, fewer bullets.

I do deeply believe that if the press provided the fact that the mother has been on welfare provided by the government rather than the biological father, when that is the crimes background, some serious reforms would be forthcoming in the Welfare state. ... The Press has no problem identifying Ex-Marines, Soldier, Sailor in their crime stores. In my area it would also identify child abuse by live-in boyfriends who abuse their girlfriend's children.

He was a black banker who happened to to do very well.

Clearly not a success story ... in the modern black victimology book.

I think it must be enormously difficult to be a successful black person (who didn't get it through affirmative action and is not in entertainment or sports). The black establishment says that somebody like that is not really black, and I'm sure they find it really hard to cope with this hatred and rejection.

Once upon a time, rape was a capital crime. I think it still should be, because it destroys lives...and the recidivism rate is very high. A rapist is like a mad dog, you can't deal with him, he doesn't get better, and you have to put him down.

The man who kidnapped that girl in California who is now 28 and was kept in a dungeon and brainwashed and used as a sex slave for years was actually arrested in a rape in Las Vegas years before that. He had kidnapped a casino worker and brought her to a storage unit he had outfitted as a "dungeon," and was busy raping her when a cop happened to wonder why there was a car parked outside the storage unit at 2:00 am. The girl screamed and was rescued; he got 50 years and was released in 7, and then went on to kidnap and rape this girl and is also a suspect in the killing of some 10 prostitutes near where he worked.

If they'd put him to death the first time around, this would never have happened; and I bet if these young thugs knew for certain that rape brought the death penalty, they wouldn't have done it.
