UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

Western district of Texas

CPT Connie Rhodes MD,
Plaintiff,

v.

Dr ROBERT GATES, UNITED
STATES SECRETARY OF DEFENSE,
BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, de facto
PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES,
Defendants.

APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

Has anyone independently verified WND’s claim that newborns couldn’t fly back in the 60’s.

All you need is that bombshell to be true to help crack this open.

For whatever reason, Article 2, Sec 1 is one of the few (perhaps the only) constitutional clauses that hasn't been addressed or built upon legislatively.

Perhaps it is because the conditions under which our Founding Fathers drafted the laws of this country are fast deteriorating. Moral and religious people no longer run for office, hold office, make laws, interpret laws, enforce laws, or vote. An honest candidate would be delighted and honored to prove his eligiblity for the office. No one ineligible for the office would dream of seeking it.

As #2 said,

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. "

"You are a well educated and intelligent grown up. I doubt that you are a prodigy posting here on Free Republic."

Mr(s.) Wintertime. We're all big boys and girls here. If someone lobs an ad hominem insult at me, I'm probably going to respond in kind. If you've got a problem with that, I'm not sure I can help you.

The fact of the matter is this thread was chugging along at well over 400 hundred posts, with me contributing more than a fair amount. And there were plenty of passionate but considerate disagreements. That is until an certain unnamed party started in with the name calling.

I love engaging in intellectual debate and discourse. If someone wants to go down a different road, I can accommodate that as well. But I won't be bullied or browbeat. Deal with it.

That we have a person in the White House who isn't considering it an **honor** to prove his is natural born bodes very ill for our nation.

Worse are the countless enablers who allowed him to get this far. This is even a far worse omen. I am seriously concerned. May God save us.

Look back through your posts, asshat. YOU demanded that I never ping you when I exposed your racism the second time by merely linking to your racist attack of another freeper. ... You might want to put some ice on that sore head, sorehead.

A title isn’t at all necessary here on Free Republic, but if you must use one, it is, doctor.

Which is exactly why we should all be pushing for legislation that does exactly what Reagan told us to do, "Trust, but verify".

Assumes the truth by whom ? ... the courts ? the public ? the government ? ...
The IRS would not assume the truth when they bring someone in for questioning, or the FBI or any other government agency out there to " Get you. " .

I don’t know what kind of representation Cpt. Rhodes had; TRO’s are difficult to get; doesn’t mean you won’t get an injunction. The No Irreparable Harm ruling is obviously Nonsense.

So what do you want me to say. I would love to have had Cpt. Rhodes’ case from the getgo before it got filed—I didn’t. That is obviously different than the Military Response and the Judge in the Cook case in Georgia District Court.

This issue isn’t going away. You can keep talking all you want but this guy was born in the Coast Province, then of Zanzibar, now of Kenya. He isn’t President of the United States because the Constitution says he can’t hold the office. End of the story.

The Framers should have been more definitive with “natural born”.

That also is nonsense. Locker room lawyers can make all kinds of arguments about what the law is or ought to be. If this case ever gets argued to a Court on facts demonstrating that he was born in Kenya, he is just the White House squatter until the Federal Marshal gets there to kick him out.

There isn't any doubt about what the Constitution means by "natural born" and Obama isn't.

But, the time to adjudicate that would have been before the Inauguration.

We tried!

Worth repeating:

An honest, upright, straightforward, and moral person would be **HONORED** to prove he was a natural born citizen and qualified to fill the post of president.

“WWII definitely had no unparallel. It was devastating.”

Can’t agree with that.

The US Civil War, the Peloponnesian war, the Punic was, the Mongol invasions of Europe, just to name a few.

Each sent history in an entirely new direction at a cost of very large percentages of populations

It looks like people like Cpt. Rhodes and Glen Beck are putting their lives, land, family, futures, and money on the line for the truth, these are our true Patriots of our day like the patriots of old ... our founding fathers.

Captain Rhodes is refusing to deploy to Iraq and Glenn Beck makes millions of dollars a year in a cushy job in a nice studio.

Neither Rhodes nor Beck are putting their lives on the line and to imply that they are is an insult to my son who is a Marine over in Afghanistan, along with every other freeper who has served overseas in a combat zone or who has a son or daughter serving overseas.

"The US Civil War, the Peloponnesian war, the Punic was, the Mongol invasions of Europe, just to name a few."

It's interesting that a recent fight over a new Walmart (of all things) in Orange County, VA is also the home to "The Battle of the Wilderness". This was the site of first real battle between Lee and Grant. Interestingly, there were more men involved in that one battle, than are currently involved in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined. That single battle was responsible for almost 30K casualties with some 7,500 dead, alone.

We're so far removed from the Civil War (war of Northern aggression if you like), that we've lost all perspective about human sacrifice in defense of liberty. I mourn everyone of the 4,000+ men and women that have lost their lives in the war against Islamic Jihadists, to say nothing of the civilian casualties. But, in the big scheme of things, it's a singular drop in the bucket of the total blood that been spilled in defense of this country. We shouldn't forget it.
