John Hammer: Under the Hammer (Obama's Birth Certificate)

What I would like for someone to take the time to explain is why on earth Obama doesn't ask Hawaii to send him a copy of his birth certificate with the state seal and the name of the doctor who delivered him, his weight and length at birth, the hospital where he was born and all the other information that is on everybody else's birth certificate.

I don't understand why it is a crazy request, but by making it I am an idiot and a fanatic. No doubt Duke University will send someone out to repossess my diploma and the North Carolina Press Association will get a court order and take all of my awards back.

We don't know much about Obama. He went to an exclusive and expensive private school in Hawaii. How did he get in? Who paid? Did his grandparents pay? Did he get some kind of scholarship?

He was at Occidental College in California and then transferred to Columbia. That is a huge leap up in the college world. Was he making straight As at Occidental? Did he have a professor who saw his potential and sponsored him? Why is it that nobody at Columbia remembers him? Certainly he must have had some friends at the school.

The same questions for Harvard Law School; how did he get in? Who paid? What did he make on his law boards?

When former president George W. Bush was running against Sen. John Kerry the college transcripts for both men who were Yale graduates were released and it turned out that Bush had better grades than Kerry.

In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an “original birth certificate” on record.
BC1. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, the attending medical professional was required to certify to the Department of Health the facts of the birth date, location, parents’ identities and other information. (See Section 57-8 & 9 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail. There appears to have been no requirement for the parent to actually physically appear before “the local registrar of the district.”
It would have been very easy for a relative to forge an absent parent’s signature to a form and mail it in.
In addition, if a claim was made that “neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate.” (Section 57-8&9)
.... there is and was no requirement for a physician or midwife to witness, state or report that the baby was born in Hawaii.

BC3. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, a “Delayed Certificate” could be filed, which required that “a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing or the alteration [of a file] shall be endorsed on the certificates”, which “evidence shall be kept in a special permanent file.”
The statute provided that “the probative value of a ‘delayed’ or ‘altered’ certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence.” (See Section 57- 9, 18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).”

BC4. If a child is born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult (including the subject person [i.e. the birth child as an adult]) if the Office of the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year.
(See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961.)
In 1955 the “secretary of the Territory” was in charge of this procedure. In 1960 it was transferred to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor (“the lieutenant governor, or his secretary, or such other person as he may designate or appoint from his office” §338-41 [in 1961]).

In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fifth kind of “original birth certificate”. Under Act 182 H.B. NO. 3016-82, “Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that the proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”
In this way “state policies and procedures” accommodate even “children born out of State” (this is the actual language of Act 182) with an “original birth certificate on record.”

I think that history will judge the whole birth certificate issue as very odd. What on earth is wrong with asking for the BC when all other presidential candidates reveal all sorts of things about themselves? Why must people be painted as salivating glassy-eyed mutants for simply asking for information the Constitution requires? You have to come to the conclusion that they’re hiding something when they resort to marginalizing anyone who asks to see evidence of a long form BC.

Why has the MSM ignored this? Why are they protecting him if in facts he needs protection. In my opinion there are two possibilities:

1. Obama is in fact not legit. He wasn't born in the U.S. and therefore not eligible to be president. There were nefarious forces which paid for his education. There are embarrassing aspects to his college records that the forces that be don't want revealed. It's a virtual certainty that he's an affirmative action baby. But there's nothing nefarious about that. Even if the release of the records show this it won't be a big deal or even a little deal.

2. Obama is legit. He was born in Hawaii and there is authentic documentation to show this. The same nefarious forces are setting a trap. If the story build to a crescendo and the public demands the documentation, then it will be revealed and will make those claiming he wasn't born here or there is some scandal involved look like fools of some sort. Yes this is a cynical ploy but Obama can easily get away with this with the Democrats control of the MSM.

At this stage I'm leaning for #2. If there was something scandalous in his background, I think the Hillary Clinton people would have found it. Keep in mind how vicious the Hillary people are. They would have turned over every stone there was to turn over in an effort to find something.

Obama is a FRAUD. We know it. He knows it. The Kongress knows it and anyone with half a brain knows it. I also know that sooner or later it will be revealed as to what a Marxist President the illiterati have elected. By then, however, it may be too late to save this once great nation. /sob

The question that should be asked is whether there was a Manchurian Candidate program at Occidental. That he was sent to New York for further mind control programming, taking the job at Business International Corporation. ("See Lobster Magazine, issue 14 in 1987..."). It appears not even to be a question that Obama is some kind of Manchurian Candidate but that he is also the son of a Manchurian Candidate.

A little digging would reveal he is not the only one to have passed through
the Kenya-Hawaii-Occidental triangle.

So why is he laughing?

They've afflicted the comfortably liberal, comforted afflicted conservatives, and discomfited more local fatcat poohbahs than I can count, publishing the salaries of every single county and municipal employee making over $50,000 a year, in response to an effort to publish the names and addresses of every concealed carry permit holder. They've made an annual event out of the salary list.

Obama is the NUT!

It is nutty to fight the release of a birth certificate and other vital records all the way to the Supreme Court, and to spend a million or more doing it. Only paranoids do that!

And...It is rational to ask the courts to clarify Obama’s natural born status. Gee! It was Obama **himself** who claimed that his father was a British and Kenyan citizen.
