My mother has type 2 diabetes and he is utterly full of crap. He acts like there is no treatment time whatsoever between diagnosis and amputation for pete’s sake. My mom was diagnosed over a decade ago and is hardly needing amputation.
But I bet under this plan she’d not have had a decade of treatment and would be lucky to have all her extremities at this point.
Now he implies that hospitals are incompetent and have to redo procedures, because they screw up too many of the procedures the first time.
