Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has confirmed plans to introduce legislation through which the state's lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama's birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health, including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at "giving citizens access to birth records" under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii.
"My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama's birth records and the lingering questions," Espero said.
Espero told WND that he believes President Obama was born in Hawaii.

WH.: “We have completed the document retrieval /remanufacturing process.”

Woke up this morning with a gut feeling....Something is going on and I can’t put my finger on it......May fr mail you later to try to brainstorm.
It has been 17 months and the American taxpayer hasn’t seen ANY of his records.

Do they have “Blue Dog” Democrats in Hawaii?
There’s a lot of conservative democrats in Hawai’i, huge military presence with Scoop Jackson type democrats. Hawai’i has a conservative core, family values, conservative asians.
But yes there are liberal influences, a history of corruption in democrat ranks, and a sometimes willingness to to experiment with liberal causes such as universal healthcare which they canceled due to cost. So there is pragmatism there.
And there are independence movement supporters but that usually dies down due to the natural pragmatic character of the people there.
Republican Linda Lingle was elected Governor because of corruption in democrat ranks. That shows the people there that are democrat can only take so much before they show they can switch to the other side.
It is a blue state but if the right conservative leader came along, the Islands could turn red quick.

WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

I’m still annoyed at WND for that comment from their Sunday article, by the way. I emailed them about that discrepancy - between that and what their now saying about their ‘investigative operatives in Africa.’

WND has reported the Kenyan birth document released by California attorney Orly Taitz is probably not authentic, according to WND’s investigative operatives in Africa.
That’s even though officials in Nairobi do not rule out the possibility President Obama may indeed have been born in their country.
Why should a journalist have the right to request a birth certificate or other personal document. This is opening a whole sh**pot bag of worms.
Guess what. There are laws on the books requiring us to show a birth certificate. Seems like Kalifornai mad me produce one 32 years ago. My entrance into Navy required it. Funny, all my security clearances required it. When I got my series 6,7, 73 and 25 sec licenses I had to produce a birth certificate for each one. No birth certificate, no license.
The constitution spells out specifics that a president hast to meet. No birth certificate ... sorry dirtbag .. no presidency (unless you are a black socialist or democrat or you fill in the blank .....)
It is already there .. we don't need some sinking worthless liberal congresscritter making worthless law that violates even more of our privacy.
Think about the ramification .,... he is being a democrat at what a democrat does best .. wresting another bit of privacy and control in the guise of solving a problem that should never haven existed in the first place.
You bit right into the excrement sandwich he was feeding you and I am sure a whole bunch more will do the same thing.
If this happened, and his bc was produced, showing him to have been born in HI, would everyone really believe it?
How would the public do that?
The only thing I can come up with is that they viewed those BCs and thought that the Certified Copy of Registration of Birth could have plausibly come from an underlying BC. But why did they say, “and the form of the documents appear to be identical.” In any case, that annoys me about WND, and that they’ve hitched their wagon to Taitz a little too closely? But they are driving forward into the story as well - so credit there. No one’s perfect, but if they want to be taken seriously as news gathering and investigative organization (say like 60 minutes used to be, back in the day, as one example - although I’m sure CBS was always in the liberal tank), they need to be WAY less sloppy and way more careful.
