Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has confirmed plans to introduce legislation through which the state's lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama's birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health, including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at "giving citizens access to birth records" under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii.
"My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama's birth records and the lingering questions," Espero said.
Espero told WND that he believes President Obama was born in Hawaii.

Honestly, I don’t know why birth certificates aren’t public. I can go online to PublicData.com and get driver’s license records, but you are telling me a birth record shouldn’t be public?

California will release birth docs/death certificates to anyone but it is a certified informational copy not valid for identification.
Informational Copy
If you cannot obtain an authorized copy under California law, you can obtain an informational copy. An informational copy contains the same information as an authorized copy, but will have a legend across the face with the statement “INFORMATIONAL, NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO ESTABLISH IDENTITY.” Authorized and informational copies are both “certified copies.”

Maybe he was ADOPTED?
This would all be settled if someone could answer these two questions:
What hospital was he born in?
Who was the attending physician?
This is standard information on all birth certificates.
There’s something rotten in Honolulu. This will not pass. If it does, the pub governor won’t sign it and it’ll be on her instead of the rats.
This is a head fake. He is trying to pass a law for ‘all citizens’..when the only law that should be passed is for all PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES. He knows people are not going to want to pass his law..then he can try to say that ‘republicans’ really don’t want Obama’s eligibility ‘solved’...that they want it as an underground ‘whisper’ campaign. Mark my words.

Included is- list all addresses, schools, employment, passports,passports from foreign countries, countries visited, citizenship details, foreign business and government contacts, each and every relative, references, military service, draft registration, date and place of birth, other names used, police record, mental health, financial, illegal drug use, associats/associations, etc etc etc.
WE DESERVE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT WHO IS DESTROYING AMERICA. THE MSM DID NOT DO THEIR JOB SO WE MUST.
