On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....
In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."
Taitz could file another motion, accompanied again by the forged birth certificate -- but she'll have to overcome the mistakes she made with this filing, and that might prove difficult. The electronic court record for the case, in which she's representing Alan Keyes, among others, is filled with similar procedural errors on her part.
Not that it would matter anyway -- the document is a proven fake, and the Australian birth certificate on which it was apparently based has already been discovered. Plus, on Thursday an anonymous person came forward claiming to be the source of the forgery, and with evidence to suggest that it was all a hoax, one designed to further discredit the Birthers....

I didn’t do anything to help elect Obama. I wrote in Ron Paul as he was a listed write-in candidate in my state.
I’m an implacable critic of Obama’s policies. Re-read my post and you’ll see that it only deals with birther nonsense. It’s important for truth to take precedence over political expedience.

I agree with this and I’m as strident anti-zero as they come. I think WND has had some mis-steps, and they still have discrepancies that they didn’t explain related to the recent Taitz BC document and aftermath.
I have an affinity for WND, and I’m sure they’re under much pressure, however that’s no reason to post unsubstantiated hearsay either. The truth has its own weight and WND has lost some credibility along the way here. And I’m not saying what they’ve tried to do is or has been easy. I do give them huge kudos for trying. Let’s not forget who the LYING LIARS are that we’re dealing with here.

If the Certified Copy of Registration of Birth were real, someone could have punk’d it and say the original was punk’d. That being a possibility, it would remain for us to examine the orginal and I’ve not seen validation that the orginal is ‘real’ and I’m not sure what to make of the Bomford document, although it could be part of the punk.
Has anyone else seen any other Certified Copies - like this one, other than the Bomford doc, and any from Kenya - or other British protectorates there?
All in all, anyone looking for legitimacy, has pretty slim pickin’s at the moment.

Why hasn’t anyone come forward - doctor, nurse, orderly, relative - to claim they witnessed the President’s birth in Hawaii?
Why are the only witnesses to Barack Obama’s birth in Kenya - such as his stepgrandmother, Sarah Obama?
Why is Barack Obama, who promised transparency, hiding ALL documents that could prove where he was born?

Orly had the document preliminarily authenticated BEFORE posting it online. She has also said it is not the only certified copy available.
DU posted an announcement early Sunday morning asking that all Democrat activists fire up photoshop and flood the web with forgeries of that certified copy so as to discredit Taitz. They knew that enough people, freepers included, would drink that koolaid. We are seeing that now, on this thread and others.

I agree. I just think some people do not have the will to fight obama. It’s easier to roll over. The thought of being called racist or crazy is too much. In that respect Obama has done well to divide everyone. When I hear our voices are about hating a black man it makes me nauseous. I think of the african americans that hurts. The children who hear that. All of these mobs hate african americans? That is obama’s message. Obama has two young girls who will one day see the world the same way as their parents.But you know the ends justify the means in obama’s world.
When people say the GOP is so unorganized they can’t get anything achieved, you look at the conservatives falling out right now. They are making choices on what to fight on or not. The powerful media are hitting their talking points given to them daily and making anyone who speaks out against obama a loon. To keep any of our rights is going to be a struggle under Obama.
Dictators in history started the same way as we see happening right now. I fully expect some people were bowing and kissing obama’s house sized picture in front of the white house.

You’re fixated on the paper. Stop looking at the paper. To have punk’d it as you describe, they would have had to duplicate the blanket and several other parts of the photo which would have taken far more effort than warranted for “punking”.

Conversely someone could have forged the original scan we saw (although there are at least names on the document that could be traced). I have no personal opinion one way or the other regarding the authenticity other than to state it has NOT been disproven to my satisfaction. And I'd prefer experts analyze the originals rather than Salon.
I also have no fixed opinion regarding any of the birther stuff other than it all deserves a thorough and impartial investigation and let the chips fall where they may. In the meantime Obama is sure acting like he has a lot to hide.

The fact that it was thrown out had nothing to do with any documents, it was procedural. I would think you’ve read enough to have known that?
