On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....
In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."
Taitz could file another motion, accompanied again by the forged birth certificate -- but she'll have to overcome the mistakes she made with this filing, and that might prove difficult. The electronic court record for the case, in which she's representing Alan Keyes, among others, is filled with similar procedural errors on her part.
Not that it would matter anyway -- the document is a proven fake, and the Australian birth certificate on which it was apparently based has already been discovered. Plus, on Thursday an anonymous person came forward claiming to be the source of the forgery, and with evidence to suggest that it was all a hoax, one designed to further discredit the Birthers....

I sure haven't seen a list. Just allegations that it exists and there are 39 SS numbers on it.
Treated like how? I support her but she needs to have someone proof read her filings and pleadings. In court, if you provide sloppy work then you are wasting your time. It also pisses off judges. Can’t Dr. Alan Keyes find a proof reader or legal student or laweyer to help her?
I applaud her efforts and was hoping she would get a little help because this case is so important. I think she does not want anyone tough her filings and pleadings - a big mistake.
Her filing says she has and "Unauthenticated Color Photocopy". What have been looking at is a color photograph. Not the same as a photocopy. The very first line of the filing says: " The undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs has acquired possession of a color copy of one certain document (attached as Exhibit A to this motion), regarding which there are no ready means of authentication except by recovery of the original document.
Now I know her first, or second, language is not English, but her English sounds fairly colloquil, if accented, so she would very likely know the difference between a color photograph and a color photocopy. Likewise, a "copy" and a "photograph" are different things. Presumably, the photograph we have seen is of the photocopy. Although I must admit, I'd be going down to Sams Club, and buying a scanner, rather than making photographs with a digital camera.
I think DeMint is doing a pretty good job. So is Mitch McConnell. Just because they aren't jumping on this birth cert bandwagon doesn't mean they aren't leaders.
You missed my point, Frantzie. Why is Alan Keyes allowing Orly Taitz to proceed this way? He is not a fool. He is not stupid. And he is not poor. He has contacts. Why not pick an attorney who would have done this right from the gitgo?
CLIENTS have the final say in what their attorneys do or don’t do. He must have known about this.
Something more is going on here.
I think you over generalize. I have, or more properly my wife has two sister's in law, married to her only two brothers, who are native Russian speakers. One is ethnic Russian, but lived Odessa, which is in the Ukraine. The other lived in Kirghstan, but is mostly Ukrainian, and looks it. The Russian is as you describe. The Ukrainian is not. She's one of the nicer people you'd ever meet. She can also field strip and reassemble an AK-47, blind folded, a little trick she learned in DOSAAF, back when Biskek was "Frunze" and part of the Soviet Union. She now shoots handguns and has her own bolt action .270.
Funny you mention that. I knew a smart Russian guy but he knew it. Very nice wife toobut the husband was very smart and boorish. He knew it all. Stubborn like a mule.
I knew a PhD from Ukraine and he was very smart but also a real gentleman.
Field strip an AK? Anyone know how many pieces? Probably not that many but still very good blind folded.
No I get ya. Dr. Keyes needs to get involved in this. Something is not right. I think he knew he was not natural born when he ran against him in IL.
“SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE!”
Agreed.
And the reason she isn’t working with a paralegal for her filing might be as simple as this: she trusts no one.
If her Web site was infected with malware because she went public with information she thought was important for the public to know, she is, no doubt, distrustful of just about anyone.
Furthermore, if she were to work with a paralegal, he or she would have to be carefully vetted as being ideologically on her side; i.e., a conservative. I’m sure Orly is as frustrated with her own lack of experience in procedural matters as we are, but she can’t afford to allow the possibility of sabotage from someone on the left — which is just about everyone in California.
“...This won’t go anywhere at all because of the Hawaiian newspaper birth announcements. Sure, 0 could have been born in Kenya and the announcements be filed in Hawaii...”
How does July 22, 2008 sound as the birth announcement discovery date. You see, the address listed on the birth announcement was never the Obamas address.
The address listed is 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, and was the residenc of Orland Scott Lefforge, a Professor at UH at Manoa, Dept. of Speech and later an assistant to Sen. Daniel Inouye in 1967. He died July 4, 2007 at the age of 91. His wife Thelma died June 12, 2008.
Ten days from Thelma Lefforges death is plenty of time to cut, typeset, & paste a new birth announcement. The announcements were scanned and emailed by the librarian in Hawaii to a blogger named Lori and then to the TD [texasdarling.wordpress.com] blog.
(I post at both the Texasdarlin blog and Free Republic. I’ve been researching Obama’s background for 17 months).
Unfortunately, they should have put more time into researching a safer and more practical address. Whomever suggests that CIA is behind this has got to be joking. No one at the agency would have been so stupid as to have chosen an address that is easily traced to a family occuping the home. Nor would they have selected a property grossly beyond the means of the supposed occupants. They should have safely chosen Barack Sr.’s or the Dunhams address.
In 1961 the Dunhams lived on Kamehameha Avenue, while Obama Sr. lived on 11th Avenue. The Lefforge family, including their 3 children under the age of seven were residing at the luxury home listed on Obamas newly found birth announcement 6085 Kalanianaole Highway.
It is highly improbable that the Lefforges would move an African 25 year old male and his pregnant teenage girlfriend into their home.
Why would anyone want unemployed college students and a newborn baby living in their family home with their own three young children?
And since Thelma Lefforge died 10 days prior to the appearance of the birth announcement that listed this address, we cant ask her. But we do know that the next door neighbors testify that Obama, his mama, and his papa never lived there. What a tangled web of lies...
Not a shred of evidence links the Dunhams or Obamas to Kalanianaole Highway. Kalanianaole only surfaced in connection with the Obamas in July 2008. I dont think a commemorative plaque on the old homestead will be nailed up anytime soon.
So in other words, the recent death announcement of the 1961 resident triggers the announcement, since now it is presumed to be a safe address to utilize as home plate.
The Microfilm In Hawaii: WND was able to locate at the Honolulu public library microfilm of a notice placed in the Sunday Advertiser Aug. 13, 1961. The announcement in the Births, Marriages, Death section read: Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4.
Beatrice Arakaki, who lives right next door to the Lefforge’s residence, told investigators she had no recollection of Obama being born or of the family living next door having a black child born to a white mother.
Investigators were unable to locate any current or past resident of Kalanianaole Highway who could recall Obama or his family living at the address listed in the Sunday Advertiser announcement.
Beatrice Arakaki affirmed she was a neighbor of the address listed in the announcement. She has lived at her current residence of 6075 Kalanianaole Highway from before 1961 to the present.
Other suspicious activities:
Obama sent people to Indonesia in July 2007 to buy up official records about his living there for four years.
His Hawaiian public school records for kindergarten through first grade are missing but would have contained a certified copy of his birth certificate.
His parents divorce decree has page eleven missing - it would be a certified copy of his birth certificate (this is the document Orly supposedly possess).
His signed Selective Service card from 1980 is fraudulent. It uses a 1970 form, has a number on it from 2008 modified to look as though it was from 1980, and has a signature by Obama that matches his signature as President. No ones signature as a 19 year old matches their signature at 44 years of age!
Do you see a discernable pattern of deceit here?
Good thoughts.
Hope you don’t mind I use excerps for future stuff.
Your post is over the top dude.
Sitting back and laughing. If what she is doing is 'trying' then the Birther movement is in real trouble.
Their leadership has brought the GOP down to forty seats in the Senate and dropping.
Another lawyer could no doubt file without needing the help of a paralegal. But Taitz couldn't do it alone. I believe that the where she got her law degree prevents her from being licensed in any state but California.
this is not someone you want to pin your reputation on. Why did so many on this forum do so?
++++++++++++++++
That’s unfair. Most of us that I know of here, were simply trying to look at the document, to see if there were any merit to it. It was a decent fake, for about a day, that’s all. Taitz is who Taitz is, but that doesn’t impugn FR. It is an open question why Keyes tied his wagon to that hitch; perhaps no one else has the guts to take this on?
It’s still an incredibly inflammatory situation.
Yeah, I love this part: “one designed to further discredit the Birthers” — uh, let's not obfuscate here. It's clear who's covering up and who is DISCREDITED. It's those that are covering up the COVER UP at the White House.
