Orly had the document preliminarily authenticated BEFORE posting it online. She has also said it is not the only certified copy available.

DU posted an announcement early Sunday morning asking that all Democrat activists fire up photoshop and flood the web with forgeries of that certified copy so as to discredit Taitz. They knew that enough people, freepers included, would drink that koolaid. We are seeing that now, on this thread and others.

Get smart, people.

++++++++++++++

Well, like it or not, it was stricken by the judge. Also, have you, or anyone, seen other Certified Copies of Registration of Birth, from Kenya or E. African British protectorates that look like Taitz doc?

Sorry, but if she claims to have "authenticated" the document prior to posting it online, then she lied in her motion filed with the court. In Keyes v Obama (Document 34) titled: MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate Orly Taitz made the following representation to the court: "The undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs has acquired possession of a color copy of one certain document (attached as Exhibit A to this motion), regarding which there are no ready means of authentication except by recovery of the original document." So by taking her at her word and with her sworn statement to the Court, it was impossible to authenticate the document except by acquiring the "original." I don't see how she, or anyone else, for that matter could claim that she "authenticated" the document without creating a huge contradiction when compared to her statement to the court that she had NOT been able to authenticate the document. Here's a link to the motion. (I also note that she made absolutely NO representations that she was in possession of any other copies of the document, much less any "certified" copies. Let's not forget here, she didn't submit a "copy" of the document in the first place, she submitted a photograph of a document purporting to be an original or certified copy of the original certification of birth. Those are two entirely different things. I'm sorry, but I can't help but think I lot of people are being taken in and hoodwinked by this woman. When she doesn't even know enough to put her Bar # on a court document, that should expose her as someone who doesn't have the first clue about litigation or complying with standing court procedures. I've looked her up and I can find no record of her ever representing a single client (other than herself and her husband) in regard to any litigation in Orange County, CA. (She's been sued several times for malpractice related to her dental practice.) I hope I'm wrong, but I think people are possibly being conned and their contributions to the cause are being wasted on Orly Taitz.
