Logically, no matter where he exited the womb, at some point Zero embraced his British or Indonesian potential, obtaining a Passport that was either British or Indonesian and used it to travel to Pakistan and, possibly, obtain foreign student admission and perhaps even grants at college and perhaps even Law School. These activities draw into serious question whether he meets the "natural born" requirement. In Zero's mind I am sure he feels these "technicalities" trivial and fer sure the Zero-oids do but are they? For the moment apparetntly so but in reality they expose him to a very real political vulnerability that will be part of his downfall. Look for another Rat to do the deed. (Hillary?) Will he even see it coming or will it be for him like it was for a certain Roman Senator immortalized by Shakespeare? Will Rahm one day deliver a eulogy that starts, "I come not to praise Zero, but bury him..." Almost certainly for as Murphy pointed out, "Things that CAN happen WIll happen." Zero's vulnerability on this point is just too great an opportunity to pass up and his poll numbers tanking will provide the political cover such an assasination requires. At this point he will be lucky to finish out his term as a lame duck.

Let me make clear that I believe Obama was born somewhere in the state of Hawaii. Days after his birth, a small legal notice was printed in the local newspaper announcing his birth. And the head of Hawaii's Health Department has stated that he reviewed pertinent documents and that Obama was indeed born in that state. So, those who believe Obama was born outside the United States, such as in Kenya, are simply out to lunch.

Ruddy doesn't get either. Obama's COLB is a secondary document. The file number printed on it links directly to the primary document, which has been sealed. Since COLB's can be issued to people who were not born in Hawaii, we have no conclusive proof where Obama was born. Relying on newspaper announcements and the word of a government official are not "proof." Nor can one rule out Kenya or anywhere else until the primary document is released. So-called journalists who characterize people being "out to lunch," who question Obama's place of birth are not doing their job.

I think the best way to go on this is to have ONE STATE, ONE! Adopt a law that a long form birth certificate MUST be shown before someone can run for office.

Everyone of our elected swine before having access to “Top Secret” information must have a security clearance equal to the information that they access.

Instead of all this BC garbage the congress just needs to pass legislation requiring that all elected critters must have a “Top Secret” security clearance, which of course the BC is an integral part.

My best guess is that he probably obtained a foreign passport, at one time, and claimed to be something other than an American, when he applied to one or more colleges or universities.

There are probably a number of other anomalies in his background, but these would be real eye-openers for many.

If the Hawaiian officials KNOWS that it is counterfeit BC or shows Kenya, or any other country besides America, wouldn't the people hiding whatever 0 is hiding, wouldn't they be complicit in some kind of possible (or probable) criminal activity? Can Birth C be approached that way - smoke the rats out by stating they may be complicit in the crime of a president who is not a legal president or are are possibly facing accessories after the fact charges.

If a crime has been committed - I'm thinking an illegal president - wouldn't that bash 0's right to privacy if papers are released with a WARRANT to see if a crime has been committed, especially if a possible crime has been committed. Maybe the little people could be granted immunity or a waiver for being the holders of BC's papers that are hidden and they have been holding (accessories after the fact again) Especially if they provide information leading up to the legal or illegal activity.
