Where was Barack Obama born?
Its a fair question.
But we still dont know the answer because Obama wont tell us, because he remains the most mysterious man ever to sit in the Oval Office.
This week I appeared on Bill OReillys No. 1 rated The OReilly Factor to discuss the controversy over Obamas birth certificate, along with syndicated radio host Mike Gallagher. [See the video of my appearance Click Here Now.]
Let me make clear that I believe Obama was born somewhere in the state of Hawaii. Days after his birth, a small legal notice was printed in the local newspaper announcing his birth.
And the head of Hawaii's Health Department has stated that he reviewed pertinent documents and that Obama was indeed born in that state.
So, those who believe Obama was born outside the United States, such as in Kenya, are simply out to lunch.
But the real story here is about Obamas failure to release his birth certificate

And we actually want to see all his records.
Why are these off limits?
1. Certified copy of original birth certificate
2. Columbia University transcripts
3. Columbia thesis paper
4. Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5. Harvard University transcripts
6. Illinois State Senate records
7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11. Occidental College Transcripts
12. Parent’s marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service registration records
15. Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles
17. Access to his grandmother (Obama’s grandmother has since passed away from cancer)
18. List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
19. Punahou grade school records
Correct! And Obama’s adoption into Indonesia won’t help him either.
You wrote-
“Exactly! It also leaves us free to speculate. Maybe someone unexpected is listed as the father. Maybe he was adopted. Maybe his real name is Leviticus Longfellow. In any case, he isn’t being honest when he refuses to release the long form certificate.”
Dr. Nordyke was new to the Islands and involved in nuclear medicine. Oddly, the Nordyke girls were born after Barry was supposedly born yet they have registration numbers small than Barry's posted number.
I'm not sure I agree with you.
They are not proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but they are evidence. If this went to court, and for some reason the original certificate were unavailable, they would suffice to establish the fact by a preponderance of the evidence standard.
And, although I can certainly accept that a foreign-born Obama would strive, NOW, to cover up the fact, it's very hard to believe that the coverup began within days of his birth, when he was a half-breed nobody born to a red-diaper baby, and likely out of wedlock at that.
To fit THAT into a conspiracy theory involves a conspiracy that. really, is much too big and involved to pass the reality test.
And there's no reason for a state official to outright lie about this, and trust that the lie will be backed up, all the way to Governor Lingle's office. Fukino's October statement was very imprecise (is English her native language?), but her July 09 statement was clear and direct. If she were an O-bot, she would have motive to lie, sure, but if the information to remove Obama from office is in the custody of the State of Hawaii, then it is certain to come out, and when it does, Fukino will be ruined.
I'm inclined to believe that Fukino is telling the truth, that "Obama's" long form established his NBC (if bastards can be NBCs), and that it's the name of his real father that's the hangup.
And I'm not sure how I feel about forced disclosure of non-disqualifying information, in violation of the law.
Yes, why is Obama hiding the truth of his birth ???
The true birth certificate must be produced and validated..
This is not going to go away...
Days after his birth, a small LEGAL notice was printed in the local newspaper announcing his birth.
_______________________________________________
That was just a notice in the BDM page...
It was not in the legal notice page of the newspaper..
nor does it prove the legality or validity of the birthplace..
Probably just his current drivers licence...
You know, that would actually make sense. A half brother.
I know that in my family, there are many Williams. Every other grandchild is named Bill after my dad.
Let the bro make himself known.
HIS EVIL TWIN???
“obtain foreign student admission and perhaps even grants at college and perhaps even Law School.”
IIRC, his credit card wouldn’t clear for a rental of a car (?) at the DNC 2000 convention. All those parking tix, too, unpaid. He could have gamed the system to obtain financial aid, you know?
I worked with someone to rewrite my profile page, a la Marc Antony... ;>
Wish I could write in those Greek letters.
Keep in mind, they have elected a “President” that can’t
even pass an FBI security check!
Yes he is hiding something and it is time to go after him. Why spend so much money to hide records. No presidential library??
This isn't a court of law issue nor is it an academic exercise. The fact is that the original certificate is available and should be released. Simple as that.
And, although I can certainly accept that a foreign-born Obama would strive, NOW, to cover up the fact, it's very hard to believe that the coverup began within days of his birth, when he was a half-breed nobody born to a red-diaper baby, and likely out of wedlock at that.
Now you, like some others, are creating a phony strawman. This isn't a conspiracy theory. It is just asking Obama to release the primary document showing his place and date of birth, attending physician, etc. Andrew McCarthy wrote a good article on this, Suborned in the U.S.A.
I'm inclined to believe that Fukino is telling the truth, that "Obama's" long form established his NBC (if bastards can be NBCs), and that it's the name of his real father that's the hangup.
We shouldn't have to depend on the "word" of a government official when the primary document exists. Obama should just show it and be done with it. He has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars blocking its release.
And I'm not sure how I feel about forced disclosure of non-disqualifying information, in violation of the law.
Are you aware that even if Obama was born in Hawaii, he may not be considered a "natural born citizen" per the US Constitution? Are you familiar with the President Arthur case and why it was controversial at the time? Here is an excerpt from 7 FAM (Foreign Affairs Manual) used by the State Department to determine citizenship (FYI: In the interests of full disclosure, I am a retired FSO):
7 FAM 1131.6-2 Eligibility for Presidency (TL:CON-68; 04-01-1998)
a. It has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural born citizen within the meaning of Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, eligible for the Presidency.
b. Section 1, Article II, of the Constitution states, in relevant part that No Person except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible for the Office of President;
c. The Constitution does not define "natural born". The Act to establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization, enacted March 26, 1790, (1 Stat. 103,104) provided that, ...the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born ... out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.
d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes.
Under the 1948 British Nationality Act, Obama derived British citzenship from his father. In the Arthur case, Arthur was born in Vermont to a U.S. citizen mother and a father from Ireland, who was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Arthur was sworn in as president when President Garfield died after being shot. Since his Irish father William was naturalized 14 years after Chester Arthur's birth, his citizenship status at birth is unclear, because he was born before the 1868 ratification of the 14th Amendment, which provided that any person born on United States territory and being subject to the jurisdiction thereof was considered a born U.S. citizen, and because he may have also held British citizenship at birth by patrilineal jus sanguinis. Arthur's natural born citizenship status is therefore equally unclear.
The issue with Obama may have to be tested in the courts, i.e., under the Constitution, does jus solis constitute natural born citizenship [as distinct from native born] and does jus sanguinis play any role in that definition. Since the courts have not ruled on this issue, there could be constitutional questions raised. First, however, we need the primary document to raise the issue in the courts.
If that were the case and it were known before his election to either the Senate of the White House, how would it have affected the races? Do you believe that he glamorized his African “roots” to his benefit?
Really? All I ever had to have to renew my driver’s license is my driver’s license.
I’m sure that the direct testimony of his Kenyan grandmother, her presence at the birth of Barack in Kenya, would suffice to establish the preponderance of the evidence standard.
If he was born in Hawaii, as Fukino's recent assertion states clearly, he cannot and will not be displaced by legal prestidigitation.
It sure would - IF she were sworn, before an Article III Court or US magistrate, and so testified in public.
It is more likely that unicorns will dance on the White House lawn than that THAT will happen, however.
The "grandmother" story will never amount to anything without her testimony.
