The caduceus didn't come designed with globe/circle attached to the bottom of it like the Nazi emblem.

Yes, but Hussein and his lame propaganda ministers decided to put HIS campaign logo underneath the caduceus.
Just like another fascist and HIS propaganda ministers put their symbol underneath their bird.
And come to think of it, weren’t the Nazis also borrowing from an ancient symbol—the phoenix?

Ehhhhhh... not sure about that. I'm an artist. There are only so many ways you can arrange composition and have it be simple AND appealing AND clear AND powerful AND inspiring. On top of that the Nazi's were kinda brilliant at making and using powerful symbols. They used a lot of the best arrangements for a lot of things already.
I'll go as far as to say this is hilarious but not that I find it sinister.

I'm grinning because I find the similarities between the symbols amusing. If you sent this image to the graphic designer that worked on this logo he would probably sputter and get angry. He probably thought he was being original. Lol.

The caduceus being combined with the O for Obama is the point of graphic/logo design. It's combining an old symbol with a new. He's bringing you new health care. So the caduceus comes out of the O. This is what logo and graphic design work IS. I've certainly seen worse in my time.

The wings are for Hermes the healer - from Greek mythology. Hermes was supposed to be very very fast and had winged sandals.
