A video testament to the buffoonery of both sides. Taitz was on to promote a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama that was debunked within about 10 minutes after it hit the web. MSNBC’s goal was to humiliate her by exposing the flaws in the document, except that they, er, forgot to ask her about it. Good stuff.
Anyway, there’s no mystery to the strategy here: The left wants to tar the entire party as Birthers — witness Harry Reid inveighing against them on the Senate floor today — so they’re giving Taitz enough media rope to hang herself, along with blaring taglines about her being the leader of the “movement.” It’s a redux of the Rush strategy. Frankly, I’m surprised they mentioned that Coulter thinks Birthers are cranks since it spoils the message they’re going for about most conservatives these days being kooks. Which clearly isn’t true — or is it?
Make sure you watch until Shuster asks whether it’s true that she refused to ride in a car sent by MSNBC that was driven by a man with a Muslim name. I wonder what he could be implying. Perhaps the very end of this Media Matters attack on Lou Dobbs will shed some light.

Good grief. That’s an interview? What’s-his-face never stops screaming and yelling insults or lets Orly get a word in edgewise.
The question is, if this is such an obvious fake, then why are they doing this lengthy attack-interview on it?

I can just imagine the different tone if it were a Republican who wouldn’t release his records. I’m sure Shyster and the other tinglers would be saying “yeah, we looked at it—he was born in Hawaii.”
The birth announcements in the paper are not proof that he was born in Hawaii, just that a birth was filed with the state and then sent to the newspapers. Orly tried to explain this but he kept jumping on her.
Don’t ya all love watching liberals heads explode. It is literally like watching chickens with their heads cut off. They don’t know what to do. If it is such a non-issue they wouldn’t even be discussing it. I want to see Obama’s school records from Occidental College and Columbia, I want to know how he was able to receive financial aide, was it provided by the Government or did someone else pay for it(Frank Marshall Davis)

Well, not being an anchor/journalist, nor playing one on TV, I can assert that this was one hell of an amateurish interview.
They don’t know what to do. Even Obama groupies like Andrew Sullivan realize that it’s time to release the birth records.
Taitz nailed him with the brownshirt comment. ROFL - I bet Schuster pooped in his pants there.

Was I seeing something or did Shuster’s hand really start shaking @ 2:20 in the clip?
